4 Week Extreme Fat Loss

I followed this diet for 4 weeks a couple years ago and I'm thinking about doing it again.

I decided that if I wanted something I'd never had before I needed to do something I'd never done before.

Daily intake and Workouts for the 4 weeks

-5:30a.m. 30g Whey Protein Conc/Iso

-6:00-7:00a.m. Cardio, alternating between Low int. / Moderate / H.I.T.
:L-Carnitine, 2,000mg , 1-2 Stimerex-ES w/25mg Ephedra

-7:15a.m. 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs (scrambled, raw if time was short)
2 Slices of Ezekial Bread, 2 tbsp organic almond butter
:1-2g Omega 3/6/9 , Milk Thistle , Saw Palmetto , 500mg GTE

-10:00a.m. 30g of Whey Conc/Iso
1/4 cup of natural whole almonds (not flavored)

-12:30-1:00p.m. 6-8oz. of Lean meant i.e. tuna/chicken/turkey
large salad with fat-free, sugar-free dressing
: 1-2g Omega 3/6/9 , 500mg GTE , L-Carnitine 500mg

-3:30p.m. 20g Whey Conc/Iso , 1/2 small apple
: 3g CEE, or 5mg Mono. , 1-2 Stimerex-ES or Legit ECA stack with Ephedrine HCL
L-Carnitine 1,500mg

-4:00p.m. Weight Training, usually circuits to keep my HR up

-4:45-5:45p.m. 2nd Cardio session Alt between Low/Moderate/H.I.T.

-5:45p.m. 40g Whey Iso, 10g Casein , 10g Soy
4 slices white bread, or 4 rice cakes, or 1 small apple
:3g CEE, or 5g Mono. , L-Carnitine 1,500mg , 500mg GTE , 5g Glutamine

-7:30p.m. 8oz. Lean ground beef 4-8% fat.
1-2 cups, steamed fresh broccoli
:1g Flax Seed Oil

-9:30-10:00p.m. Before bed, 20-30g Casein
:ZMA + GABA 45 minutes before bed

Wake up 5:30 the next morning and repeat.

I was not gigantic when I first started my diet plan but I was heavier than I wanted to be at that time, about 205, after four weeks I was a very lean and hard 185 lbs.

I only have this after pic, nothing before to compare, sorry. This was a couple years back.

Great shape with some massive traps if that was your diet before seems that it worked for ya dude, so id say try it again
 
It took some serious dedication but vary effective if you can stick to it.
Thanks for the compliment... I haven't worked my traps out in 6 months bc they won't shrink lol...
 
I'm looking for a 5 week program to drop as much as possible. Do you really think you need all the supplements and if so, which are most important and which are optional?

I'm 250+ right now and have 5 weeks until I am getting married and want to look good for pics first, but then carry that on to get back to my best weight around 190
 
I would go with the Creatine Mono if it were me, i saw you have "or" in there. I would also go with ALCAR or an ALCAR L-Carn blend over just L-Carn. Make sure your GTE is a high extract.

Have you considered stacking the ephedrine with a thryroid supplement like alpha-T2 and or caffeine? It would basically be a super ECY
