Day 12 (July 27) Weight: 191
Hey everyone, so today was a damn good one because i didnt have to work

Besides that, let me tell you what went down during my lifting and speed sessions!
Lifting
Front Squat (1 Rep Max)- 260
Resisted Jumps 4x4- used more resistance this week!
Chin ups 3x8 (last week- 8 8 7 reps, today-completed all 3 sets!)
Lateral Lunges 3x5 each leg (last week-135 155 160, today- 145, 155, 165!)
Roll Outs 3x10 (last week- body weight, today-used a weighted vest last set!)
Close Grip Bench Press w/ chains on each side 3x12 (last week- - 125 135 145x11, today- same exact results but i was super-setting w/ curls )
Glute/Ham Raises 3x8 (last week- body weight, today-used 5lb plate last set)
Wrestler's Twist 3x6 (last week- no weight on the bar, today- added a 10lb plate last set)
AB/AD 2x10- used blue band instead of green band for more
Hex Holds Grip 3x45 sec- 15, 15, 20 for 44 sec
Speed
Ran like i was runnin from the cops!
****I think what we can conclude here is that weight is increasing in the weight room and im running faster! Wish i could have cleaned up my diet a bit today: ate a lot of cottage cheese w/ cereal, peanut butter sandwiches, and ate out bc my dad wanted to....the food may not have been that bad but i wish i could've ate a damn good home cooked meal instead of all that crap
