4 month training programme

Hello everyone.

I've got four months where I can train pretty much like a full time athlete, anyone know a good programme that incorporates functional strength, olympic lifting and hypertrophy. Want to come back looking as good as possible and lifting as much as possible.

It's not Olympic lifting but it's well rounding and hit up the conditioning

Juggernaut Training has a bunch of Olympic lifting articles you can check out. Not too many Oly lifters on this site
 
Gonna say westside conjugate here. No oly lifts, but you'll get strong as fck
 
Juggernaut Method 2.0

Programming includes work to develop strength in the big 4 lifts (squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press) while developing explosive power through upper and lower body plyometrics. There are a few periodization plans laid out for you so that you can choose the one that best suits your schedule.
