I wanted to know if you have 4 ingredients to make one supplement which ingredients would you use and for what reason?

Per cap
LGD4033 5mgs
Ara 750mgs
Epicatchen 150mgs
1 dhea 100mgs

Perfect for recomping and bulking(not sure about ara and cutting)

Edit: the 12 week dream stack thread gave me this idea.

Good ingredients. How would you market it to people who preferred dosing oral epi prewo fasted, but anacyclus before meals?

-(-)epi has a long enough half life
Just eat with last meal before workout

And Anacyclus was recommended pre/post so really however

yes, mainly because this product would be cycled for me. 8weeks on 4off

That looks pretty good. Care to get specific with ingredient quantities /cap and dosing?
Not sure on the /cap but /serving it would be
1g ArA
50 or 100mg F95 (probably 50 to make it stackable with other stuff)
1g PA
3g XR Leucine

I realize it would be a lot of pills lol
 
Surely the XR Leucine wouldn't work since it needs to be taken in 3-5g dosages at once hours apart.

have you seen mTor Pro from MyoKem? they have an extended release leucine that absorbs 2-3hours after ingestion, not a continual release. I would take it pre and then get the post workout dose of leucine
 
Does absorb all at once after 2-3 hours or release slowly for 2-3 hours or start to release slowly after 2-3 hours?

posted right after my edit. It all releases 2-3hours after ingestion. So delayed release rather than extended
 
I don't see the point, why not just take it when you need it?

in terms of my situation, at my work I am not allowed to have anything on me and workout before my work.
In other cases: sleeping or flights or extended amounts of time where you can't access it

because you might want to get a workout in while flying on a plane......

you get an initial spike, from the 5g of BCAA and 2.5g EAA, then you get an another delayed dose of 3g of Leucine roughly 2.5-3.5 hours later. If you're training fasted it's good, if you're in between meals and won't eat for awhile it's beneficial, if you don't want to carry around a tub of leucine it helps. if you want to sleep and not wake up three hours into your slumber it helps. there's a myriad of potential uses, i personally like pre workout, and before bed, but that's just me.
