3clipse's Vidatest 3 month long log

Ok so for days 57-62 i did not record in my log book like i have been. I wanted to go in there and sort of free style my workout as my pump and interest in my workouts was starting to fade.

The passed 2 days have been off days a well.

As far as workouts go things have gone exceptionaly well since free styling the workouts, better pump and overall a better time. Recovery thus far has been great, no noticeable change in size though which i didnt expect from a test booster and libido has been outstanding. I am truly impressed with this product and it has produced nothing but results for me.

Day 63: 25 minutes of cardio was all i did. Was not able to get into the gyn to train. Diet was on point, oh and did i mention libido has been stupid? My wife says i need to buy stock in this stuff. :D

Day 64: Today might be a double training session. Back in the am and legs in the pm. Diet of course will be perfect and ill update this later.
 
Update for today Day 64: Got in and murdered back in the AM, fresstyled the workout again and it was just sick. Friggin awesome workout.

The wife got home and i ate and then we smashed some legs tonight. Workout was ok, just tired from earlier. I usualy dont do double sessions but was feeling good today so i hit it.

Now for some exciting news, the wife and i have been trying to get pregnant for about 5 or 6 months now. Well as we all know i started taking the Vidatest roughly 3 months ago, and well my wife had been having some odd cramping sensations not like her usual cramps during that time of month and she took 2 pregnancy tests anddddd shes pregnant!!
The only thing i can think of that ive been taking is the Vidatest, so yet another positive with this product, you guys rock!

To be completely honest I just finished my 3 month bottle of VitaTest and didn't really see much in the way of strength or recomp. I did notice better sleep however. I will keep taking it for that reason alone. I have a difficult time remembering to take it 30 min prior to meals. Since I eat every couple of hours taking it on an empty stomach is a problem. This may have affected my results.

Yea ive been pretty diligent taking it 30 minutes prior, but i take other supplements that ive been taking for a while 30 minutes prior as well.

I also did not see a huge difference in strength or recomp which i stated, but the sleep, recovery, and libido have been phenominal.


So update for chest tonight:

Got in and demolished my chest, by the time i was on the cardio machine my chest was already sore. I hit incline bench, then i super setted dips with a 45 lb plate and pec dec. I then moved to incline db flys and then a hammer strength chest machine. I also through in some biceps because i was feeling so good.

I then hit the treadmill for 35 minutes. Overall a really good workout and it looks like i have about 4 more days of the vidatest.
 
I also started this in pct and I can say the combination of this cabergolean and melatonin patches... I sleep great and have the most amazing life like dreams.

I dose all three of my pills in the am. I'm not sure why they have to be dosed on an empty stomach as I read you need fat to absorb vitamin d. Regardless I take ALL my supps in the AM then wait a while and make some kind of bcaa drink while I make something to eat. Noticeable libido. But then again I'm in pct off sdrol. I like it though. Covers my natty test booster spot for pct (along with DAA of course).
 
Thanks for the reviews guys. Taking it on an empty stomach is crucial. I take my entire dose upon wakening.

I would agree with you on sleep, recovery and libido. I started taking mine just before bed. I usually have an MT stomach about that time but not always. If my stomach is not MT would I be better off skipping my dosage for the day? Even when taking in on a full stomach sleep seems to be great.

Ok everyone i am officialy done with Vidatest, ill be putting togethor all my notes and putting up a final review. Most likely tomorrow night. Thanks again to Ev52 and Vidasupps for giving me the opportunity to run this fantastic product.

Thoughts and feelings on VidaSupps VidaTest:

-Ill start off with the dosing. I dosed Vidatest at 4 caps per day all taken 30 minutes prior to my first meal. The Bioperine never affected my stomach, but i generaly have an Iron Gut.

-Sleep on this product was superb, very deep and very sound and this seemed to be one of the first effects that hit the only issue with this is because im not a person who likes to get up early, it made getting up early very hard for me. LOL

-The next most noticeable effect was the libido boost. It was pretty rediculous at times, like all i could think about was sex and i definitely felt like i was 16 again. Almost like i NEEDED it. It was crazy but the wife was LOVING it. ( as you can tell shes preggo LOL ).

- Recovery was great, better then i expected with the dieting and cardio i was doing. I can only attribute this to the adaptogens in the product these helped out immensely.

- The alpha male mentality was very nice as well but it hit later then the other effects. Id say about 2 weeks in. It was definitely apparent though, the back on my neck and my ears would get hot. Now dont think this is like tren aggression because its not, just made me have a slight "edge".


- The only thing i can think of that would be a negative would be the oil skin and the acne on my back that i got. It wasnt crazy but it was there. But this is to be expected as i was using a test booster and a potent one at that.


Heres are my rating on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest:


Libido: 10/10
Aggression:8/10
Sleep:9/10
Recovery: 9/10

Total rating: 9/10

So i gave the product a 9/10 and truly believe you can not go wrong with this product. If you are looking for a product that packs on strength, mass, and size this isnt for you, but if you want a product that will help with recovery, sleep, and libido that packs a punch this is DEFINITELY the product for you.

After using VitaTest for three months I would concur with everything that was said with maybe the exception of libido boost. It was there but for me maybe 5/10. Which is fine by me. Being horny all of the time is a pain. I like controlling my sex drive not having it control me.
