I take it around 30 mins before i leave for the gym. It takes about 10-15 mins to get there so im at about 45-50 mins when im in the gym and its kicking in so that should work pretty well. I still have gas in the tank as well when im done! :head:
i do the same thing except the gym is around the corner so i take SDNG and then play rainbow 6 vegas for about 45min then go! :lol: i know its time when i die and throw the controller!
can't complain thereWorked shoulders, didnt really go for altime strength as ive changed my style a bit. But i do know what my shoulders had so much blood flowing threw that it hurt to lift them.
Staying lean, eating clean, looking mean!!! :twisted: :twisted:
if he isn't on now, he should be fine. it doesn't stay in the body that long..........
