It is a fair point.
A typical workout right now if you look at RP as 2 sets
is about 20-24 with about 6 per muscle group each workout.
Considering switching to U-L-Total Split .
Maybe 4-5 work sets per muscle group on the U/L and 2-3 on the total
Have been extremely lethargic the past few days as well. Maybe from lack of 3AD or is it the addition of the SLU. Haven't loved how I've felt on it for the few short days I've been on it.
