3AD : When to start?

Right now I'm wrapping up a 16 week program. I'm currently in week 13. Week 14 is continued loading with week 15 serving as a testing week, followed by an unloading week. This program is a 3 day/week program and the volume at this point is very low with very high intensities.(+90%) The next 16 weeks will start at the conclusion of this phase and the volume will then be very high with lower intensities and reps will be 10's across the board, with a 4 day/week split.
My two thoughts on 3AD are, 1) start taking it tomorrow and finish the current phase strong as hell because the next phase will be based off of these test numbers, or 2) wait until the higher volume phase and see what kind of size gains can be made with 3AD.
I'm looking to run 3AD for 3 weeks, maybe 4 at 4/day. I'm 175lbs and this is my 2nd run with 3AD. (the first started in June for 3 weeks, and I loved it.)
Sorry for the long post, just want some informed opinons on the subject so I can look at things from a different angle and make the best use of the product. Thanks for everyone's time and input.

Looking to get stronger and increase my max numbers, size would be nice but it's a secondary concern. It seems that the best gains from this past phase have come at the lower volumes. I have put on good weight and gotten stronger as my training went from 5's to 3's and now 2's.

Why wait, start it now, if you continue to make increasing gains, you can always extend it out for a few more weeks.

Just the way I feel.

As a thought to it all, do you ever stop your program and do something completely different to shock the muscles? I'm a big fan of strength, and size secondarily. And as much as I love to pull big numbers for really low reps, sometimes backing down for a month and going high-rep ranges with lower weights really does do me a lot of good. With 3-AD, I ran it more "recomp" style and the endurance I got was nothing short of awesome. Perhaps if you decided to change up the routine a bit, this might benefit you as well.

Good luck with it all! Keep us posted!!

Thanks for the opinions. I think I'm gonna save it for the start of my next phase. In the beggining phase all work sets are 3x10 and I think that will allow me to get the most out of the product. The first time I used it I noticed great endurance and an unreal pump so I think using it during that time frame will make more sense then using it during sets of singles and doubles. Thanks again to those who shared opinions.

Sounds like you know what you are doing - I like that! Matching supplements to your workout program, rather than vice versa, is the best way to do it. Kudos to you, bud!

All my best - GO F'N HARD!!! :head:

I'll be starting 3AD the weekend of Oct. 17th and my first lifts will be on the following week, I will keep you updated for sure! (with full program details etc.) Thanks again.
