3AD/Mass fx question

no, try takin some melatonin maybe its just high blood pressure or something try PM some of the AX guys they can help u im sure

I need to know which one is causing it, either the 3ad or the mass fx. IM guessing the 3ad because its a prohormone

Not necessarily... Tell us how you are dosing, when and how much, and at what times. We can try to pinpoint from there. :)

4 pills of mass fx and only 3 of 3ad

2 pills mass fx and 1 3ad at on time

and

2 pills mass fx and 2 of 3ad at another time

Ok.... But what time is "at what time" occurring both times?

Sometimes taken in the morning and later afternoon (around 3) or later in the day the second dose at around 5 oclock

Has anyone experienced sleep issues from taking these?

When I take it too close to bedtime (within 2 hours) yes. Other than that, nope. Try taking it during the day and making your last dose be around dinner time

Hard to say, but I'd suspect that the forslean in MFX may have a bit to do with it. It may provide a slight stim effect that is keeping you up. Regardless, Justin's advice is spot-on. Try dosing it atleast 6 hours before bed and make sure you're dosing 3-AD with a meal containing atleast 15-20g of fats (to aid in proper absorption).

well what do you mean by sleep problems?
for me I sleep through the night better than I ever do, it's just getting up in the morning is pretty difficult for me

I'm the same way. When I'm not taking anything that helps sleep, I usually am on something that gets me going good enough to get enough done during the day to be good and tired. I usually crash around 11:30pm (watchin Family Guy, of course), and get up around 6:15. I hate mornings....

From the posts above, the OP needs to make sure the he is spreading the doses out more throughout the day. Unless I'm reading it all wrong, he could be dosing as late as 3 and again as early as 5. That's too close to be efficient, and may be part to blame for not only the lack of sleep, but any lack of progress from it as well. When dosing anything 2-2 like that, atleast 8 hours between dosing is best.

It could be caused by either or both of these, due to their effects on your steroidal hormone profiles.

Really, all I can say is to try dosing earlier on in the day. I ran into the same problem when I was taking 3-AD, and again when I've taken MassFX. Try to leave a big enough gap between your last dose and sleepy time.

Would you still say 8hrs a part for 3-3?

If you're going 3 and 3, 8 hours is still what you want to shoot for.

In the event you're going 2/2/2, with the day being 24 hours long and a smaller portion of the dose being taken, accomodations can be made.

I usually recommend 2/2/2, simply due to the fat intake requirements; however, there should not be any difference between either dosing style. It is moreso for convenience.
