One serving of 11-oxo is 3 caps = 225mg. 3-AD is 150mg per cap, so you could take 2 for 300mg. From the logs of 3-AD it appears that you would still find the results you are seeking from three caps PLUS that would seem to be about the doseage at which this compound becomes more noticeably anabolic.

150mg per cap, our recommended dosing is 3=450mg.........
there is still anit-cort and waist sliming at that doseage, its just a matter of how anabolic you want to be......

each bottle has 90 caps.........

so draw your conclusions from there..........

if you wanted to low dose it, then it will last you quite a bit longer..........

i personally like to HIGH dose it! slims the waist and increases strength.......can't beat THAT!

the product is out but its lacking ANY writeup.... any chemist tht knows what hes doing can create the compound and still have NOCLUE what the main effects are at the doses he recomends... notice he hasnt mentioned any effects that AX hasnt allready previously mentioned in all their teasing.... i thnk every product should be relesed with an extensive write up and tester logs to back it up... AX will have that in less then 9 days...

Just to clarify how these two are synonyms:

The prefix "oxo-" refers to a ketone subsituent on the base molecule. 11-oxo means that there is a ketone on the 11th carbon.

The suffix "-one" refers to a ketone substituent on the base molecule. So 3,11,17-trione refers to having ketone groups on the 3rd, 11th, and 17th carbon. And 3,17-dione would refer to a ketone group on the 3rd and 17th carbons.

AX's naming system is more consistent with using the same suffix for the same functional groups. I think Ergopharm chose to give it a less consistent nomenclature to syncronize it with their other top-seller (6-oxo).
 
Wel what can I say? This is a sad day. Ergo used to make superior products (1AD) and Pat Arnold had seemed like a standup guy. Now? WTF? I will dose the AX product at my own specs upon receipt and comment at that time. I don't post much, but for christ sake, lift your weights, eat your foods, ytake your hormones and grow. I'm not sure if the keto lesson was directed to me or not. Either way, I'm aware of what a -one suffix is.

My point was to ask the obvious question, whether or not 11-oxo & 3-AD were the same compound. I knew it was speculated, just didn't know if it had been confirmed. When you think about it, the namings for each product, while technically correct, could be interpreted in different ways... Oh well, I guess that's why we call 4-OHT "Hydroxytest", instead of "4,17b-Dihydroxytest." The former rolls off the tongue better. ;)

I agree with you on Ergo's possible angle for the naming. 6-OXO is both 6-oxo-androstendione and 4-androstene-3,6,17-trione (known in bulk circles as "androstenetrione"), as 11-OXO is both 11-oxo-androstendione and 4-androstene-3,11,17-trione.

Not really directed towards you so much as just explaining how the two are synonyms for anyone who is curious. Granted in this industry, it's skeptical if the compound named is anywhere relevant to the compound contained (*cough* Methoxy-TRN *cough*cough*).

Also, we don't call it 4,17b dihydroxytestosterone because testosterone already has a hydroxy group on the 17b carbon: such a name would be redundant.
