31 gauge?

Im just excited to find something that works honestly
I can't remember the exact numbers without looking them up, but I had been on 150mg per week with weekly IM injections. My trough T level was around 530 my doctor boosted me to 200mg per week and my trough level went to something like 800. That seemed good so I stayed at that. I then switched to EOD sub q and my trough was something like 950 and peak 1260. I have switched back to 150 and I think my levels are something like trough 830 and peak 1050. I've switched back and forth from 150 to 200 a couple of times to see if I can tell a difference. I am now using 150. So frequent injections don't give a high spike but they also don't have as low a trough. Much more stable levels. Doing weekly injections there was a day that I would wake up with extreme anxiety. I don't have that on sq.

I wonder what every other day sub q injections would do for E2 levels? I pin IM every 3.5 days and my E2 is 64. Just started arimidex yesterday.

Unfortunately, everyone responds uniquely so you won't know until you try it.

That said, some people report that going the subQ route has a tendency to raise estrogen.

The flip side is that by going the subQ route, people have a tendency to inject more frequently thus, use less T per inject and as a result, keep estrogen increases at bay/people observe less flux and estrogen elevations.

I would guess that the more frequent the injection the lower the estrogen spike. However there's not a lot of difference between every other day and every 3 1/2 days. Also it may be true that SQ injections get into the bloodstream at a slower rate than IM injections therefore giving a lower estrogen spike.

I believe the reason most injections of any sort are given IM is because it gets into the bloodstream more quickly IM.

I do my hrt every 3rd day in the quad with a 27g 1 inch.
Bloodwork indicates its working well :)

That's what I used to do.

Now I use a slin pin

Sooooo much easier ;)

I just switched to the 27 gauge 1 inch. I was pinning with a 22 gauge 1.5 inch. I pin my quads and glutes every 3.5 days. I personally can't tell that much of a difference between the 2. I never had a leakage problem or anything with the 22 gauge.
