3 x week training workout

hi I would a help for my workout.
I train three times a week (mon, wed, fri) in the gym with weights, I can train for two hours.
I would also do cardio in these 2 hours
Is it better for you as a workout 3 times a week for a woman upper\lower, fullbody or split?
I'm 26, I am 175 cm and weight 60 kg.
I am a bit 'skinny

I had also thought of a workout mon\lower, wed\upper, friday\full or a defranco ws4sb modified.
