3 week Mdrol (superdrol) Log

DAY 23, 30MG, LEGS/ABS, CURRENT TIME 9:40PM

DOSAGE: 1 @ 11:00am, 1 @ 3:30pm, 1 @ 9:30pm

TRAINING: training today was really good, legs got stronger again with me easily pulling out an extra 4 reps on my max weight of front squats, leg extensions was also considerably stronger.

since ive been spreading the dosage my recovery time seems to be quicker but i am also much much more aggresive, i feel really positive and full of energy but the slightest things have been really ticking me off over the last couple days.
 
DAY 24, 30MG, CHEST/TRIS, CURRENT TIME 12:00AM, WEIGHT: 89.9KG(198.2lbs), UP 6.9KG(15.2lbs) SO FAR!!!

DOSAGE: 1 @ 8:30am, 1 @ 3:30pm, 1 @ 9:30pm

TRAINING: today training was very good chest went up again with me repping incline DB's 45kg(99.2lbs) for 15 reps and 50kg(110.2lbs) 3-4 sets of 7-8 reps!!! so strength and endurance went up again!
ive been getting massive bouts of pins an needles all over my body when ever i get slightly hot or flustered, really strange.

apart from that all else is good, balls are smaller again may be due to 4th week but i think its due to the spreading of dosages which i wasnt originaly doing, but this still feels better.
 
planing on running the same cycle maybe a little smaller doses do you guys think diesel test pro cycle and liver detoxifier would be a sufficient PCT and zecca where do you find taurine

This is nowhere near a sufficient PCT plan, especially for M-drol. You need Clomid, an AI, liver detox, BP regulator/cholesterol support, creatine(if you want), and you can throw in the Diesel Test Pro Cycle for good measure. You should also have Nolva/arimadex in case gyno problems occure.
 
Clomid or nolva are both fine for the base of your pct, the only diff being that clomid rebounds ur natty test levels quicker but nolva contrals gyno better, the only reason I strayed away from clomid is due to the fact that in some cases it can cause irreverseable vision damage in users!!

Also I'm located in australia so our supplement stores are much more basic than your US ones, the only taurine I could find was powder form by musashi in a health food store

Zecca already stated it well enough but in case it is not clear:

Clomid = PCT SERM
Nolva = ancillary for gyno

Clomid tends to rebound natural testosterone production faster then Nolva or Torem even though (mg for mg) it is supposed to be weaker. Of course everyone is different and prefers one SERM over the other, but in general I have come to find that Clomid works better on your balls than nolva does. :thumbsup:

DOSAGE: 1 @ 8:30am, 1 @ 3:00pm, 1 @ 11:00pm

TRAINING: today training was awesome strength went up again on back with me repping 130kg bent over rows for 7-8 reps. bis were also good and had a mint pump during session.

i'd just thought id say something. since i started spreading my dosages my aggression levels have sky rocketed, i mean its unpredictable and scary.

I was always under the firm belief that 'roid rage' was a myth, and that aggresion simply comes from the 'big boy syndrome' what i mean here is that when you get bigger and stronger you naturally get c-ockier and more arrogant. but now i feel totally different in regards to this issue.

i mean every day i feel really positive and motivated, but if i am faced with a problem i just dont have the time or patience to sort it out, and i lose my 'cool' so so easily now, and usually i am a very calm person. has anyone else experienced this?

the only thing i have ordered right now is Liver Detoxifier & Regenerator and diesel test pro cycle im looking for nolva right now but i dont know when to take what and how much the more reading i do the more i get confused

dude do your research, have a look at peoples SD logs, theres only about a thousand of them.... i dont mean to be rude but this is my log, and i dont want it clogged with questions like 'how do i dose nolva' or whatever.

No. I don't usually get aggression. It's probably more a function of the SD hitting absolute peak concentration now than the dose spacing.

and unreal i've also noticed the last day or two that my nipples have been slightly sensitive, sometimes almost sore to touch, but there is no swelling to indicate gyno. what do you think?
 
I think it's a good thing you're almost in PCT!

DAY 26, 30MG, CALFS

DOSAGE: 1 @ 8:30AM, 1 @ 2:30PM, 1 @ 9:30PM

had an awesome session of calfs yesterday absolutely killed em.
 
DAY 27, 30MG, BIS/TRIS, CURRENT TIME 11:30PM

TRAINING: both bis and tris felt so much stronger tonight, ive definately seen a big improvement on arms in general! awesome pump aswell!!!
 
DAY 28, 30mg, shoulders, current time 8:10pm, current weight: 90.3kgs (199.1lbs), almost 17lbs GAIN!!!! LAST DAY OFF 4 WEEK CYCLE!!! starting weight 183lbs------------> finishing weight 199.1lbs. INCREASE OF 16.1LBS

DOSAGE: 1 @ 8:30am, 1 @ 2:30pm, 1 @ 9:30pm

TRAINING: training was really good today, no major strength increase, though i did increase reps on all excercises for around 2 reps.

although today was my last officially day, im going to spread out dosage untill tuesday so i can get another sesh of legs, back, bis, tris, and chest in, than i will stop. I just still feel really good and havnt had any serious sides.

PHOTOS HAVE BEEN TAKEN, i will put up later tonight. (cant now going out for dinner :))
 
Sheesh! Nice weight increase and rep increases! Makes me wanna jump on the M-Drol train myself :) Can't wait for your before/after photos. Gotta be some serious change when putting on that amount of mass.. Congrats bro!

I've just read all 5 pages of your log. I took a cycle of M-drol about a year ago and had great strength and size gains. I'm glad to hear about the 19lbs gained, and the strength increases! I plan on running another cycle myself, has anyone mentioned a stack with Havoc or Trenavol-v?

Good job on the cycle OP, I hope you can keep the size and strength gains.

You definitely swoled up! The overhead lighting on the delt shows just how tightly the skin over it is being stretched. I'm surprised you gained 19 pounds, that's a ton for 4 weeks.

How were the strength increases, up 40 pounds or so on any lifts?

thanks guys, hopefully i keep all the gains during pct. pct will be nolva with natty test booster along with reversitol and all supporting supps.
 
hey mate, im feeling great 'the boys' havnt seem to fully com back yet but my weight is 91kgs have put on a kilo, and still lifting really really heavy. sex drive still hasnt returned tho. PCT started on wedsnesday, so its been 4 days. so far so good :)
