3 Month Bulk Progress! Looking for comments

5'6" and i weighed myself on 3 different scales and it was only about a 1lb difference on each scale and it was in the morning with an empty stomach

Well anyway, great progress although I wish you didn't use that designer steroid.
 
to be honest.. you don't look 200, more like 180, but could be the angle of the camera... you should look more beastly like, but I think once you cut you look
bigger! but
good progress as least you don't look fat.. that's important
 
Bo, you are mr negative up in here. why you always putting others down. Its bodybuilding. maybe you should go post on a natty forum, where no one is using anything. Its a free country, and I do not condone smoking, drinking much, or drugs. There are plenty of people who use steroids outside of bodybuilding contests, and professional sports, but america is so image conscious now. Its no wonder. relax. there are worse things.
 
Well i am on my forth week into my cut I was actually about 190 once i lost all the water weight i was carrying so i didnt make it to 200 :( but now i have cut down to about 183 so my cut is going very well so far and I held on to most of my gains my bench has gone down a little bit due to my shoulder being very sore... I will keep you posted and put up some new pictures once i get a little further into my cut :)
 
Some pretty damn impressive results, especially from the OP. Adding 30lbs while still maintaining your BF, very very impressive. Keep up all the hard work!
 
you def. put on some muscle through your delts, arms and back. traps are more pronounced, fuller pecs too. looks like bf% stayed the same which is great while bulking. good luck with the cut, look forward to some more pics...

Awesome transformation. Im trying to do a fairly lean bulk myself for the next few months. I plan on starting to cut around April. Currently at 185, Id like to reach 200. Hopefully more then cut down. Im around 12% right now. Id like to stay in this area and when I cut, drop to about 9%. If I could bulk like you Id be one happy Cajun.

Bo, you need to get off your high horse. Id much rather see someone like Cooky advise someone on proper Ph use than allow someone to make serious mistakes. Yes they are illegal, but IMO PHs should be legal. We just need to quit demonizing them and focus on proper usage. He has stated for younger guys to go natural. I have no problem with that. While its illegal, I know of way worse things that soldiers and everyday citizen do.

Exactly, They were legal before. Then a high school athlete who was using steroids, and anti depressants etc, etc, killed himself, and along with other events caused the FDA and congress hold a hearing I watched on C SPAN to classify PHs as Class III steroids. I WAS OUTRAGED and cant stand JOE BIDEN because of it. He chaired and led this facade. Anyway, Pro Hormone use can be done safely and moderately with good results comparable to mild steroid use. I am not one for injecting yet, which gives me choices like these. I will do what I can for the contests, and thats it. I will occasionally do a bulking cycle, but rarely.

Stop hatin on pro hormones, and lets just continue advising safe usage. I have been out to sea bulking and resting my joints. I do short workouts to keep muscle mass, and some growth. I have done mild work on my legs, to really rest them for the work ahead.
As soon as I get back Monday 15 Nov its time to prep for the san diego show 19 March.
I cant wait the show is on my 36th birthday.
 
Well I was on my 6th week of cutting and I decided to start bulking again I want to work on my weak points such as my Biceps and triceps aswell as a fuller chest and develop my abs more they are lacking lol overall i hope to fill out more porpotionally then before, It will be much easier to achieve this now considering they finally finished the new gym here and all the new equipment is moved in :) so it will be a much better bulk OH btw I am currently sitty at 178 - 179 lbs from 190 :) so my cut went failry decent! Started my bulk today after last nights birthday meal lol Pecan pie Big bowl of ice cream, choclate chip cookies, Biscuits and gravy and eggs :) HAHA first cheat meal this month i thought it would be a good transition.
 
My Caloric intake will hover around 3204 calories a day breaking down to around 320.4g of protien/carbs a day and 71.6g of Fats I am deployed once again so I know the nutritional breakdown of most of the foods in the DFAC so coming close to these numbers will be failry easy i hope :)

Everything looks very solid. The only suggestion Id make is to move arms towards the end of the week. Work out back on tues and shoulders on weds, then arms on thurs. You want to be fresher for the heavier, mass movements. Working your back a day after bis might have youre bis fatigued which will effect the weights you can lift during your back session.

Just a suggestion, obviously youre doing a great job!

I was thinking the same thing :) also i was thinking about starting out with legs instead of chest aswell
 
I like to work legs at the beginning of the week too. everyone else is doing chest anyway. i work chest on the weekend. Sounds good. My last cut was 233 to 208 contest weight. Thats after water loss too. I am back at 235 or heavier. I have rested now, and have less than a week of shorter workouts. One more day of lunges and light squats before the assault on my legs returns. My tendons, ligaments, and joints needed a break. i am eating, and taking a multi, and fish oil, and protein. Thats it.
 
Yea I want to get up to 200lbs 10% BF I just wanted to take a month drop some BF and continue my bulk plus it gave my joints some rest from CONSTANTLY putting more weight onto my lifts lol but i am ready to go now and hope to put on a good amount of muscle and fill in my chest more and fill out my biceps more also develop my ab muscles more My lats also need work thats why i gave back its own day Well that and to give me somthing to do it so god damn boring on this LSA lol
 
Im trying to bring my legs up so Ive been working mines on monday. As mentioned most people do chest on monday, Ive also been doing mines on fri or sat lately. In the comming weeks though I want to focus a lil more attention on my shoulders and arms. So Ill hit them twice, by working them together. As in a heavy shoulder, light arm and then a heavy arm, light shoulder day.

My body is ready to destroy the weights. I am on a DDG, and we barely have anything to train with, lol. Mostly Dumbells, and one side of a cable setup. I train back, quads, chest,delts, and hams, calves abs. then arms.

Wow, thats a pretty brutal leg work out. Ill sometimes throw in 3 major mass movements like squats, leg press, and hacks in the same work out. But I usually do quads and hams in the same workout. For some reason it never seemed to work for me splitting the two. I usually rotate my two major mass movements for quads between squats/leg press and then Ill do hacks/fron squats. I usually switch up every 4 weeks or so. Ill also do the adductor machines as well as extensions.

For hams I do hamstring curls, SLDL, and sitting ham curls. Ill roatate the order from time to time. Ill also rotate between glute extensions and walking lunges to end my workouts.

Im thinking I may cut out a few sets and exercises. I dont at all feel like Im overtraining but my legs have regressed the last two weeks. So maybe I am because Im pretty deflated in my legs.
 
I will actually do walking lunges, and romanian split squats on the smith machine on hamstring calf abs day too. Its brutal but effective.

that's a great diet for being deployed. when i was in the Navy the food i got was nothing like that. lobster tails? dang... keep up the great work. keep the updates/progress pics coming..

YEAH, I want some of it. Be careful, and make sure to clean the liver out, if youre not already. I have used triple methyls more than once, with no negative side affects. However, I detox the liver, and have healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels. I am 35 now, and not too worried about the dangers 21 year olds have using this stuff. I trust you know what youre doing, and understand your post cycle is very important. I came off my contest cycle aug14th, and I have gained 15 good pounds since then being on PCT. I am taking INHIBIT E, 2nd GEAR, and MYOGENIX HARDCORE TEST. Its a good stack. I also used VITEX while on for prevention of prolactin. Good luck bro

Hey bro, how has the vitex worked out for you in keeping the prolactin in check? Did you by any chance do any bloods to see if it was working? What was your dosing?

I have naturally high progesterone/prolactin and have been looking at vitex, but there is a lot of mixed information on it.

Have you ever tried doing partials for flye? I read that Arnold was a huge advocate of partials for the outer chest. Instead of coming up all the way, only come up about midway for your fly. I tried it before and it seemed to help when you try it for a few weeks in a row.

Hey bro, how has the vitex worked out for you in keeping the prolactin in check? Did you by any chance do any bloods to see if it was working? What was your dosing?

I took 3-500 mg once daily as precautionary, and then again once I noticed some itching in the nipps. It worked well, and I had no problems. I did not get bloodwork done. I am in the military, and that would be a giveaway I was taking something. I will be using Vitex, aromatase, and ATD as needed for my next contest cycle.
