I have been eating extremely well, and the only cheat I had was 1 latte this month ;)

Every pic I have is on my personal website under Training, as well as my diet, and training program for those interested :)
 
well done! Your back has gotten wider and I see some more definition there too. You might have lost some fat also! Has ur weight gone up?
 
I gained 2 pounds, and lost one inch on my waist. 187 in the morning now. Yes my trainer made the nutrition and training program. I did the log by myself to keep track of my progress.

no that i looked at your website i must say looks like a big difference for mar and apr of this year. Chest and abs seem to be your strong points. Keep it up.
 
Great improvement! Your shoulders seem more full and your back definitely improved. Much more definition as well as some added width. If you want some constructive criticism, I would try to to bring up your arms a little bit. And I don't know if your doing deadlifts or not, but if you aren't and start to do so I believe that your back will really take off and thicken up even more so than it already has. You seem to take the time to balance your physique and it shows. Nonetheless, absolutely amazing progress for that short period of time and thanks for taking the time to post the pics up!

Thanks to you to give me some good advice! Yes, I just contacted my trainer a few days ago, and I told him that my weakness was my arms, and I HAVE to fry them totally in order to make them grow. I also am doing deadlifts, as well as stiff leg deadlifts, not at the same day though ;) If you wanna check it out, I got everything logged on my website ;)

No problem, I just checked your website right now ; ), I am sure with the amount of dedication you seem to have along with the advice of a trainer that your arms will be where you want them to be very quickly. Hard work and dedication always pays off, thats one thing that bodybuilding has taught me. Good luck and I hope to see some more progress pics in the future! Take care,

Your shoulders have gotten bigger, your lower traps have thickened up and your legs look bigger as well, good stuff, keep it up :bb:
