3-AD Officially Banned in Canada

mmx

New member
I just got off the phones with Canada Customs, and the news is not so good.

Last month and a half ago, I ordered 3-AD along with aPCT from NP. Fedex sent me a letter asking for the duties to be paid. Okay, done.

Then, nothing but silence for a month.

I called Fedex, asked them about the shipment. They told me that it has been seized by Health Canada, and that I should give them a call. Upon doing so, I ask them: "I'm inquiring about a K24..." (K24 = seized item). The woman on the phone asked: "What were you trying to bring in?"

Me: "Dietary supplements".

I give them a tracking number, and the woman really surprised this time around, exclaims.

Agent: "You were trying to bring in steroids?!"

I knew at this point there was no arguing or turning things around, so I was wondering if they'll at least send it back to NP so I can get my money back.

Agent: "Not going to happen. Your item will be disposed in a lovely* way, involving a furnace most likely. You think we'd ship back cocaine to the sender?" (*she really did use that word)

I start laughing, and so did the agent. At this point, I inquired whether I would be getting a record of some sort for this offense.

Agent: "You will be recorded on our systems for approximately 5 years for this offense. If you were carrying these with you while crossing the border, you would have gotten arrested and faced some hefty fines."

There goes 150.00$ I guess. Luckily, the feds (RCMP) haven't showed up to my doorstep yet...

That's WHAAAAAAAAACK!!!! 3-AD, Steroids!!! REALLY!?!? That's horrible man.

Tell me about it. The money lost is not that big of a deal really; I'm just waiting for the statement letter they'll be sending in for the offense. That I'm a bit worried about.

It seems that Canada Customs has their own banned substances list alongside Health Canada (I only checked the latter's list). The woman told me that customs didn't know if the product was legal or not, so they sent it to Health Canada for testing. Ya, they actually opened the package up and did tests, probably on mice and whatnot, haha.

Oh well.

CBSA and Health Canada most often work in concert. For example, if the CBSA Agent assumes that the product is suspect in some way, he/she will contact Health Canada to make a judgment on the amount which Health Canada claims can be safely consumed by humans; if Health Canada deems it unfit for consumption, another judgment is made with dual discretion on how to classify the product.

Dude, OUCH!! Very sorry to hear that, but I knew it wouldn't get through PLCAR won't come through at all, and combining it with a prohormone just spells red flag.

I hope all works well for ya. Keep me/us posted.

If ax reps knew that it wouldnt get through than why isnt there a warning on it stating so?

I was about to order some and now i am not. Reps to the original poster that warned us consumers. It seems ax didn't want to.

I think its case by case. We had a big shipment go through last week, no problems.

Then we had a customer get StimulantX highjacked by the CA customs. Canada is very strict, I really believe its a case by case and if you are unlucky. We have had Mass FX shipments held in the past.

Not sure what you wanted AX to warn you about, that CA customs is strict?

What?

I was referring to TAD saying that he knew it wouldn't get over. So i was saying that maybe ax should of put a warning on their site saying that it cant be shipped to Canada if he indeed KNEW that it wouldn't get over the boarder. Other companies do it.

Um... he lives in Canada. Why should AX warn him? Dude, I'm not sure how many supplements you've tried to have shipped here, but customs will seize almost anything. It's not a matter or if it's illegal, it's a matter of if it's inspected. I've seen a massive order of RCs make it across, a huge stockpile of 1-Test back in the day, and yet I've had something as simple as BCAAs not make it across.

If you live in Canada, just be prepared to pay double (order twice).

What? So since the guy lives in Canada your saying AX doesn't give a **** about him? LOL

Honestly its the customers responsibility to understand the kind of products that their country allows. No one at AX has the time to sit and review daily updates from every international published customs and regulations agency.

Of course we care about him, however as the above poster stated......its really luck with Canada. Sometimes cases of 3-AD make it through fine, and then a single bottle of MFX gets stopped.

I do feel bad for the CA guys that have such harsh regulation. I wish it were not so. Australia as well.

As Biggie has said, and I apologize if I didn't state it properly, I would figure that 3-AD wouldn't get through based on the nature of stories that I've heard from products being seized by Can. Customs. We do get a LOT of e-mails from international customers who are trying to find a market where they can buy AX's arsenal. It's very difficult in some instances. And each and every single time I answer one of those e-mails, I make sure to mention difficulty in customs and contacting the retailer before ordering to see if they can even ship it safely and legally to you.

If you would have asked us before ordering, we would have told you just the same thing. Hindsight = 20/20

what a bunch of losers. making people feel like scumbag criminals for trying to be in the best shape of their lives...

how about they stop this nonsense and start worrying about sending their own citizens to secret torture prisons where they forced into confessing crimes that they never did...

Whaaaa??? Canada is starting to sound pretty bright and cheery afterall.

In your defense you can say that you searched through the "Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, Schedule IV", and the item was not listed, so you assumed it was ok. Something one should do if in doubt anyhow.

What the hell are you going on about...

last year the RMCP detained a guy who they thought was a terrorist, sent him to a CIA secret prison in Europe where he was tortured into a false confession, then convicted.

A year later after his lawyer did the legwork he was released.

In case anyone is wondering, I'm still alive and free. :) I even traveled in the USA and came through the Canadian borders without trouble.

In related news, I got my hands on 3-AD through a local source. I am in the process of documenting my experience with the supplement as we speak.
