3-AD + MASSFX STACK Questions?

I just received my order of goodies, and want to make sure I know how to correctly dose. I know it all depends on the times I wake up, eat, and sleep. That all depends on the workout out plan I have, I wanted to stay very lean while gaining strength and size. I know some mass is obviously going to happen, but I do not want to gain a ton of fat in my face and stomach like my last cycle. I feel this was due to a poor diet, so I really want to make sure I have a well structured diet this time.

WORKOUT
As for my workout schedule I had wanted to workout 6 days a week, maybe even twice a day for 5 days a week. Then a little bit of cardio on the weekends. I was going to alternate my workout routine each week to keep muscles at a constant shock value. I have at least 8 exercises for each muscle group that I planned to split into separate workouts. Then on the weekend I had planned to swim laps for about 45 mins to an hour.

DIET
I really would like some input for my diet, I plan to cut out all soda and fast food obviously. I love pizza more than anything and know that eating this will be a terrible thing but I am cutting that out also. I have read how important it is to eat fats with 3AD and I just want to know what exact fats would be best? I want to get every ounce of muscle gain out of this cycle. Please anyone that can help I would appreciate it, I am going to keep an extensive log, take before/after pics, measurements of all muscles before/after, and Body Fat Percentages before/after. I really hope to use this as a stepping stone to begin building a solid physique. Thanks for any help that will hopefully ensue.

Obviously, healthy fats are better than unhealthy fats, for use with 3-AD. Lard and shortening... bad idea. We usually recommend things like extra virgin olive oil, almonds, avocado, and peanut butter. Keep in mind you can include the fats that come in the food you are eating, so (for instance) if you are eating 3 whole eggs, that's about 13g of fats, you could just take a teaspoon of olive oil to get you into the 15-20g range.
 
Lard and shortening? oh man, we need to work on that buddy!

Those are bad choices in general for your diet. Let me give you an example of what i would do: serving of 3-ad+ 2 tbsp natural PB or 1 tbsp UDO's/fish oil... either of those are great fat sources!
 
My "fat doses" of choice for my 3-AD cycle were either 2 Tbsp of natty PB straight from the jar (kept the jar in my desk drawer at work - AWESOME!!), or half of an avacado with a can of tuna on top. It tastes better than it sounds, and definitely gets the fats and protein in ya!!

Ultimately, it is these types of decisions that will determine whether your cycle gains you just muscle or muscle with some not-so-welcome flubby flubber. Personally, I don't like fat or being fat. (Still am, but I'm workin on it!) :lol:
