3-ad+MassFx Stack Question

Hey everyone,

I have been a long time reader. I just decided to register now. I am 24 years old. I have been lifting for about 6 years. I play semi-pro football and looking for some gains. I have done extensive research on AX products and have a few questions.


I am 6' 6" 265lbs. I play defensive end. I am at about 15% body fat. I am looking for good strength and size gains. However, I would like to loose the little belly I have developed and could lean out a little.
I am looking at two possible cycles:

1. 3-ad/mass fx- This seems like the stronger of the two. I know I would need a PCT and am aware of the side effects.

2. Mass fx/hyperdrol/lean fx- This seems like a "lean bulk" cycle. However, is it strong to see substantial gains.

Which one fo you recommend. If I could have your opinions that would be much appreciated.

Semi-pro football? Not sure on the drug testing/banned substance policy there. You may want to check that out first, or post it here and we can further help you!
 
I'm running a 3ad/massfx stack right now.... i havent had any side effects and i'm on day 23. I havent gained the big weight most people claim but i'm much bigger then when i started!!! : ) My starting weight was 194 and i'm up to 195.5lbs right now as we speak.
 
sometimes muscle shape can do a lot for somebodys appearance. If your muscles look more full and rounded and your bodyfat is a little lower, the scale doesnt matter anymore, because you will look a lot bigger and better!
 
Agreed. A 6 week cycle, coupled with some solid diet and training would work great for putting on some off-season strength and weight.

So, even though I have never had experience with PH before you still sugggest the 3ad/mass fx stack over the massfx/hyperdrol/leanfx stack? Just wondering because during my reserch I read a lot of people shying away from 3ad and using Massfx alone if it was there first time. However, you guys are the experts so I will defintely listen to you.

Also, what would my dosing be. I am guessing 6 pills/day 2-2-2 for 3-ad. How about for massfx? Do you think 4 or 6 per day?? Could you give me a rough outline of week to week dosing and what time of day to take them.

I was also thinking of adding in lean fx to the 3-ad/massfx towards the end and continue with it along with my 4 weeks of PCT?

My schedule is this:

I am class from 8-2. And then work from 3-9. I usally lift around 7pm

Wake 7am

Meal 1-730am

Meal 2-10am

Meal 3-12-1pm

Meal 4-4-5pm

*Workout*

Meal 5-8pm

Meal 6-Usaully just some cottage cheese or cassein protein-9-10om

Bed-11pm

My opinion is that either cycle you run, you're going to get great results. Hyperdrol-X2 + Mass FX is just awesome! Great gains in lean mass, strength, increases in appetite and mood, you lean out significantly while on cycle, and there's no hassle of PCT. I'd run an 8 week cycle.

3-AD + Mass FX too is great. Really, the deciding factor is "do you want to run a pct?"

For a first time PH experience, you can't go wrong with 3-AD and Mass FX. Very mild, next to no side effects if you even experience any at all, pct is a breeze, and overall it's a great ride.

I would save Lean FX for PCT. That's when you'll really need to get cortisol levels under control and prevent them from eating away at your 3-AD cycle gains.

For your body weight, 6 caps of 3-AD per day is perfect. I'd use 6 caps of Mass FX also.

For dosing instructions, please check out the FAQ pages on our website for each product. This will greatly help you in determining when the best times for you to take each dose are.

Biggest thing with 3-AD is that it must be taken with 15-20g of fat. Now, fat slows absorption of nutrients, and you want fast absorption at breakfast and also with your post workout meal. So these two meals are NOT ideal to take 3-AD. Any other time of the day is fine. So for you, meal 2, 4, and 6 are ideal.
 
I really appreciate the help here guys! You are like no other I have found. Just a few last questions to finalize things. So, I am going to go with the 3-ad/massfx stack.

I will go with 6caps of each:

Should I run a 6 or 8 week cycle?

How does this outline look? Please reply with any additional corrections or comments.

Week 1-6/8: 6 3-ad/day + 6 Massfx/day

Week 7-11/8-12: 3 lean fx/day + APCT

Can I take the 4-ad and massfx at the same time?

I am thinking about taking them both 2 caps at each meal 2, 4, and 6??

By the nature of the amount in the 3-AD bottle, your cycle for 6/day would be 2 bottles worth and would last you 6 weeks, as you've laid out above.

For the most part, you can dose 3-AD with MassfX at the same time. The one thing that we recommend most often with MassFX is to get 2 caps of it in about an hour before you workout. This should help to increase drive and aggression in the gym. This may be the only deviation from your diet-oriented timing approach to dosing here, so just be mindful of it. Depending on when you eat and when you workout each w/o day, it shouldn't be too terribly difficult to slide one of the MFX doses in pre-w/o instead of with a meal. Otherwise, dosing the 2 products together will have some nice effects, as they do compliment eachother well to aid in growth and recovery.

If you're running a 6 week cycle at 6 caps per day, you need 3 bottles of 3-AD. Each 90 count bottle lasts 15 days when taking 6 caps. Total of 45 days....just a few days over 6 weeks so no big deal.

You got it. Run an entire bottle of Advanced PCT at 3 caps/day AND one entire bottle of Lean FX at 3 caps/day. 30 days total....again, a couple days over 4 weeks but no big deal.

I don't see any reason why you would need to stop taking any of the supplements you have listed

It usually takes about a week or two before the full effect begins to take place.
