I am 6 days in to my second 3-AD cycle having enjoyed the first. This time though I can not feel the effects like before!?

Last time I sweated at night, was aware of T levels being high had some aggression and libido was well up all from 2 days in. I took 4 caps a day last time till day 18 where I did 1 last week on 6, this time I am doing 6 caps a day 3x2 caps evenly spaced with the last being 30+-45 mins before workouts.

This time though - nothing no feeling of being 'on' at all?

I went 6 weeks after pct finished before starting this so feel i left sufficent time........

Any thoughts?

I am 194lbs incidentally and 6ft 2 - 34years old

Gains will always be the biggest on your virgin cycle. Your body kinda gets used to it. It helps to give your body plenty of time off from test boosters or hormonals between cycles.

so should i increase the dose beyond 6 caps a day?

if so to what 8, perhaps 3 in morning and pre workout and 2 in afternoon?

Yeah, you prob should have waited longer in between cycles, but you may start to see results further in on this cycle. I would not go to 8@day if it where me, just my opinion.

At 194 lbs. I definitely wouldn't go to 8/day. Even at 250+ I'd have a hard time pushing that dosage. As Tom said, your first time through is always the best. It's why many times, you'll see people try different compounds and come back to a product.

Cycles going forward, you'll want to go time on + pct = time off to get an idea of how long you should be off from a cycle.

6 days in still seems somewhat early in the cycle.

When I tested 3-AD, I didn't notice much until partway through the second week.

I would say to keep with 6 per day, thru day 10. If by day 11, you don't notice any increases in strength or mass, bump up to 7 or 8.

Agreed. Taking enough time off is paramount, as it lets your body really come back to "normal" and refreshes the ol' receptors.

As Sinner has stated, giving it a bit more time will enable you to truly tell whether or not things are affecting you. Don't think of it as "round 2", but rather as just another round of something. Gauge your effects on their own against your own baseline, not against previous cycles. You may in fact find that you are making progress afterall. By the time you reach that halfway through one bottle point, decide whether or not to bump up the dose. I see no need to jump into something at an elevated dose. There's a fine line between enough and too much - not that too much will harm you, but there's a point where more is not always more. At 8/day, effects over 6/day may be negligible for you. All you're doing is running through it faster at an unnecessary rate.

Keep us posted!!

Well, just wanted to also add something for consideration.

You ran your first cycle at, lets say, 160. Gained 15lbs. Went to 175. Kept them all. Gained another maybe 10lbs without any compounds. Now you're running again at 185. And to put on more lbs are you're stronger and closer to a plateau or with more lean mass is always harder.

So I'd not see it as "I got 15lbs the first cycle and only 5lbs second cycle". More like "I got 15lbs when I was 160 and 5lbs when I was 185". It'll usually be harder to put on more lbs when you're more progressed, so it makes some sense that it won't be as effective.

And keep in mind all numbers I threw out there were just random, and to kinda demonstrate my point.

That's a good point to bring up.

There's a common phrase in the steroids world, "You never gain as much during your second cycle". A lot of it, I think is due to ignorance to how dosing works, as you've brought up. If a guy does a cycle and gains 20lbs, and then does another cycle at the same dose, of course he's not going to gain as much, the serum concentrations are going to be diluted compared to the first one.

Very good point. In the end, it's all quite relative. Unless one keeps absolute records and knows exactly what one is capable of now and in the short-term future, it's nearly impossible to tell what one would gain on their own come March vs. what they'd do on Product A in March. A second cycle may be less effective as explained. If you follow the "live, learn, improve" philosophy, you should still have a great time the second go 'round with it.

I really like to take off as much time as possible in between. I've taken as long as a year in between just so my body reacts like the first time.

I've also found that this is true for most products. Once your body adapts (just like workout routines), you have to switch it up.

Always keep your body guessing and pushing it to different limits.
