But, for those interested, on my li'l 3-AD recomp experiment, down 2 lbs in 2 weeks, but noticing very nice pumps, a bit o' vascularity (which is odd on my body), and definite increases in stamina and aggression. Weeks 1-2 were 4/day, week 3 now is at 6/day. Keeping 6/day for 3 weeks, but adding in MassFX next week for more "kick". One cycle, many levels, many possibilities explored!
