We recommend taking 3-AD with meals containing fats because the components to it are fat-soluble and would need that to properly absorb into your system.
What to stack? Well, if it is your first time running it, I say nothing. I'm a big fun of running something new solo so you know what it does. But, MassFX stacks exceedingly well with it.
I don't really think it's that much fat. I mean, just a tablespoon of peanut butter will do ya. If you love the PB, then that's just an appetizer!! :head: 15-20g is the recommendation, and my Skippy Natty SuperChunk is 17g per serving. Yay!
