Hello guys, I’ve finally ordered 2 bottles of 3-AD and 1 of aPCT and I’m looking to get the best from my cycle. I’ve read that it’s good to take the first dose of 3-AD on your second meal of the day, then the other 8 hours later. My first meal (breakfast) would be at about 8:10 then the second at 10:45 with the third at 13:40.
For second meal I usually take a homemade gainer with 1cup oats, 2 scoops whey, milk, water, banana, peanut butter and it ends up to be about 700ml – 23oz of stuff to drink. Now the question is: isn’t all this big amount of thick liquid an obstacle to 3-AD absorption? Something like the small content of the caps could be wasted in this ocean
Would it be better to take it with my lunch at 13:00 which is in a more solid form or during my breakfast which is smaller?
Obviously I’ll add a peanut butter scoop to every 3-AD dose.
I know this may sound like a stupid question but I think that also the timings and absorption of supplements is important.
