BTW, there was never a tracking number on this shipping email I received back in 4/13

I've never had to wait this long for any order before!!!!

Hey man, I am sorry you haven't seen it. Those orders are LONG since shipped so hit me with a PM with the name you ordered under and I will get to work right away. Again, those went out a long time ago and would have all been long since delivered. I'm waiting for your PM. Thanks!

I didn't see this post at first. As we said way back we were in pre-order status so we had a little catching up to do in the very beginning but we shipped this on the 13th as stated via UPS. I have tracked the shipment on it was delivered back on the 18th with a note of "left at front door". I will verify the shipping address with you privately on PM but we shipped it to the address that provided on the order. Let's get this sorted for you. I will send you the tracking number and proof of delivery via PM.
