fast question, should I take 3 caps before bed or 3 times during the day ??

and any opinions about nutra planet's ATD ??
 
another q while someone is at it..whats the diffrence between this and 1,4,6-androstatriene-3, 17-dione
 
Both names are synonyms.

The aromatase enzyme takes a long time to recooperate; therefore, a single dosage before bed can suffice.
