2nd cycle test e & deca

This will be my 2nd cycle my 1st cycle was test e solo 600mg per week over 12 weeks

This cycle

600mg test e
300mg deca

Injecting twice weekly of 300mg test and 150mg deca

4 weeks pct nolva at 80/60/40/20

I'm 5,9" 165lb been training for 2years

Any advice appreciated

here is my diet plan

breakfast
250g porridge w/o sugar
4 slices of granary toast + flora light
1 serving of USN Muscle Fuel Anabolic
orange juice or pinapple juice

Mid morning
1 plain chicken breast
1 large banana

lunch
2 x tuna sandwich on granary bread with flora
yogurt


mid afternoon
salad with 2 x tuna steaks or 2x chicken breast


dinner
2x lean steaks
approx 10 new potatoes
2 boiled eggs
large portion of veg such as broccoli carrots peas



pre workout
glass of orange juice and a oatmeal breakfast bar

post workout
1 serving of USN Muscle Fuel Anabolic

before bed
small bowl of cereal

train monday to fri and have weekends off

mon - shoulders and upper arms
tues - back and chest
wed - calves and quads
thurs - triceps and forearms
fri - hamstrings and upper arms
 
any support supps? prostate health, cholesterol, blood pressure etc..
other than this the cycle seems great, its gonna be a wet one; do you have a dispoh for gyno? 600mg a week for the first cycle seems like a lot o___O a buddy of mine did his first cycle @ 300 mg test E for 20 weeks and gained about 30 lbs and kept nearly all of it after 3 years without cycling again. there is nothing like good ol enanthate
 
Not taking any support sups can you advise me in this? My cholesterol is 4.4 blood pressure is normal, tbh with my first cycle I took advice from a so called expert I blew up like a ballon 3 weeks in, this time I'm running aromasin during cycle and also have letro on hand if really needed
 
I'm starting a similar cycle in about two weeks but I have dbol added in as well as hcg, exemestane and cabergoline. You should look into them besides the ai cuz you seem to have that covered.
 
Ive heard a few ppl mention caber but not really found much info on it can you explain a bit more plz mate, im not to sure bout using dbol as have heard it can mess around with blood sugar levels and dnt really want that with my diabetes lol
 
Haven't taken it yet but it sounds awesome. Its a dopamine agonist and is primarily used to inhibit prolactin but has a wealth of other benefits...makes you a champ in the sack, gives you an overall feeling of well being and decreases the time it takes you learn new motor skills...you can google cabergoline or dostinex but here's a link to a website

saw palmetto berries (prostate), hawthorne berry extract (BP), CoQ10 (ubiquinone for cellular health), concentrated garlic (lipids), EFA lean (Omegas), multi-v etc. etc. for endogenous supposrt i take 3 grams of Arginine Alphketoglutarate, 3 grams of d-aspartic acid, and 2 grams of l-carnitine-l-tartarate 2x daily.. this is all on-cycle and post-cycle support for me just to be on the safe side. personally, i thin,k AIs are slightly overrated. u should only use things like arimidex or letro on cycle if you have a predisposition for gyno (suicide inhibitors bind too well & u need estrogen to grow and to recover). since i dont, just to be safe, i use reversitol v2 and recycle by purus as quick fixes for estro spikes in case i smoke a jay or spot a pimple on my back. i think using weak serms on cycle leaves just the right amount of room for growth and libido. my $0.02
 
Being Type I and using AAS is a lot of risk. Also, you're still too inexperienced and small to get the full effect out of AAS.
 
Is 12.5 stone too small to start a aas cycle? I understand I was too inexperienced on my first cycle but I have been researching a lot since my last cycle and feel this is the way forward I've been stuck at 12.5 stone for the last 9 months and feel that my body is at its biggest natural size before aas would appreciate some advice a to why you think I'm too small and inexperienced mate any advice taken on board
 
How many calories do you consume per day and have you gotten stronger since you've plateau'd?
 
Last time I checked calorie intake it was 5200 give it take a few I'm the last 6 months I've not been able to press over 85kg I just dont seem I be progressin at all
 
I'm always skeptical when someone gives me a number and follows it with "give or take." In most cases, people tend to overestimate how much they're actually eating especially when they do not provide a sample meal plan.
 
I say give or take since diabetic some days I may need to eat more than others if my blood sugar drops, I did provide a sample of a days meals on my post a few up from this
 
Somewhat. You gave what you eat, but there were very few actual measurements. What is a large chicken breast? 8oz? 10oz? 12oz?
 
300mg deca is low I would use at least 450
