2017 season

I can't run low protein. I get soft and strength drops. Pretty poopy

exactly what happened to me. tried to go full keto, 115g protein and literally strength, mood, general well-being, and digestion all went to shiit in a week or less. Never again.

That's because you shouldn't drop protein low ever, regardless of diet haha
 
Legs today. Decided to do a little more volume warm up sets felt really strong muscle contraction.

Squat machine
10 total sets of 20 reps (60sec rest)

Also. Quake is the sh!t for preworkout. I was a bit sketchy on the caffeine dose with doing 2 scoops but there's no crash from it and I don't feel like I'm on meth. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone.

I also added androshred 7-keto product. I have some down time tomorrow so I'll get that log up and running. It dries super fast and doesn't smell so I'm digging it. 4 pumps in the morning and 4 before bed. I rotate between quads, traps and inner arms. My quads actually are the thinnest skinned part of my body lol

I really liked quake. Great pump and helped my keep fatigue lower so I could train higher intensity which with the higher intensity it didn't affect my frequency so the peak02 and capros definitely have some merit IMO.

Driving down Saturday for the day staying in the host is just way too expensive, and I don't feel like dropping $100-$150 on a room when I can drive 2 hours home. Jack should go up early (like 9-9:30 AM for prejudge and 5:30 for Night show)

Something that dawned on me tonight idk if I mentioned I'm doing. Before bed meal (about 15min) I take 500mg berberine (NP yellow gold) and 1 cap Glycophase.

Even though my last meal is just pro/veggies meal I'm trying to minimize free floating glucose. I wanted to note that now since morning cardio is being switched up to HIIT.

I feel you on that. A bodybuilding show (all day) is draining even as a bystander. Hell when I went down for master nationals my friend who won his pro card that day started pre judge at 8 AM and did not go on till 2 PM.. Sitting in the stands for that long just mentally wore me out, and my back and IT bands felt like rocks.. Luckily jack goes on early(Bodybuilding) so he will be in out and done.

I am pretty sure Jack is going to rent out CABO so if you want to come club after the show there will be a huge group of us (from erie and from the gym) that are going there and getting a private room to hang out and grab a bite.

If tickets are like they were for master nationals ($75) for night show. There is 0 way I am staying for the night show. I would come down for pre-judge, get a lift, and prob grab a nice lunch somewhere in pittsburgh since they have a ton of great food.

For master nationals it was nearly impossible to even introduce myself to Porter. Messaged him and his wife after the show and told them I did not want bother them during the weekend. Then they said "come up we are very friendly, we want to meet all of our fans". Real stand up people IMO. Hopefully I can meet them next weekend.

Only thing that sucks I've been confined to planet fitness this weekend and they close at 7 sat/sun and 9 Friday so Pm cardio has been a little whacky. Their stair masters are legit though. Is I weird I hope my cardio gets changed to that lol

Haha the town I have and will be working in for the next few months only has a pf as well but for as annoying as some of it is, the equipment is pristine, place is in great shape, and the massage chairs are legit
 
Still woke up hovering around 200lbs (I assume bc pre bed weight is the same lol)

Cardio has been upped from two, 14 min sessions to 16min sessions. Carbs have been cut to 260gr from just over 300. No changes in supplements.

Test e, tren e, eq and 2gh in am.

I trained back last night with one of my old buddies. Highly competitive state bodybuilder. Took 3rd at a state show that went on to place 5 or 6 pros? Good times and holy Fukc old school workout

One thing I want to note about guys and their GH use. If your GH is good, you'll notice affects immediately in the form of fullness (provided you're in decent shape) if you don't, it's bunk. This is also coming from generics as well.

Sitting down to eat meal 4 for the day thinking, I'm a lot fuller today. Where'd this come from? Maybe more sodium? Maybe water? Carbs have been cut though so that makes no sense?

Well when 2iu is missed for about a week then it's added back in, duuuuh. Only difference in the time frame and fullness is MUCH more visible. Food for thought.

2iu of good GH is far superior, from MY EXPERIENCE, than any combo of MK, CJC, GHRP.

However, I am looking to experiment with CJC No DAC with MK this off season with bouts of GHRP-6. Never tried that combo
