2017 season

I was just in Holland a few weeks ago to visit family. I like it in the summer. Almost went to Ypsilanti to pick up some gym equipment, but ended up getting everything I need elsewhere.
 
Gonna update bc I've made some changes over the past few weeks. Mainly training at night.

Super Supps haven't changed

35min fasted cardio 7 days per week
3.5 speed at 15% incline
1 scoop Focus-XT
10-15mg YHCL
400mg l-carnitine

Meal 1
2 cups egg whites
3 whole eggs

Meal 2&3
8 oz chicken
6 asparagus spears

Meal 4
2 scoops whey
3/4 cup oat flour

Meal 5
8oz flank steak
14oz sweet potato
4 asparagus spears

Intra
20gr EAA/BCAA
9gr cit Malate
3gr carnitine
25-100gr HBCD (small get 25 & 100 large)

Post workout
2.5 scoops whey ISO
2 low fat bagels

Meal 7
2 cups egg whites
1/2 cup oats

Wrecked. But only went 25gr HBCD with 5gr EAA 3gr L-leucine in 30oz water and felt great. Probs gonna have to cut that intra drink down on leg day or seriously dilute it in a gallon of water and start drinking it 30min pre workout. See how DOMS is the next few days

Post workout decided to go 1 cup egg whites with 2 cups krustez pancake mix and some SF syrup. This was along side 3 more cups of CFF

Can't go wrong with pancakes my friend. I use to have 1.5 cups with blue berries and real syrup on my "re feed" when I was using CNS with a half cup of egg whites lol
 
Just had 24 pieces of sushi. Nothing special 12 spicy tuna and 12 spicy salmon rolls. Basically just fish and rice. Lil soy sauce and lol wasabi. Money.

Filling feeling a little stomach distention. Still have room for more food

Soooo jealous. Sushi is my sh*t.
Might be getting a refeed tomorrow...but fam & friends are doing a lobster & tenderloin dinner so I'm good with that!
 
You taking pics in the morning to see how much you filled out/spilled?
I found for myself especially when I get into prep upward to 500-700g would just fill me out. Jason pushed me upward to 900-1000 for my first peak week, and we lost 3 pounds HAHA.

Got to love the body when it gets lean.

Not this far out. I probably will at the 8 week point. I don't appear to be holding much, if any water today.

What's crazy is every peak week you do is always a learning experience

First show loaded 900 Thursday and 600 Friday and still lost 3 pounds (like above)

Master. Nationals i loaded 500g and looked much fuller and crisper and used totally different sources

This pay year for the WVU I was trying to make LW so austin and I did not eat until weigh ins because I was right on the verge of making weight. I weighed 153.8 on my scale before going down to weigh in and I was 156.5 on the WV weigh in scale. Over 2 dozen people missed their weight class so it wasn't me

Once I missed weight and was a welter I was drinking Gatorade and eating 75g of carbs every 60-90 min based on hunger (rotated between rice and rice cakes) for easy digestion and I had a burger and fry after weigh ins to help fill out

Morning of WV I was so flat that I went and had 3 bacon and egg sandwiches at the casino and it started to fill me out along side 4 muffins . Every hour was 4 rice cakes and almond butter with sea salt and 8oz water up till stage. I literally blew threw 3/4th jar of almond butter and 2 sleeves of rice cakes just before pre judge at noon

Then I had another burger and fry between pre judge and night show almond with 3 rice and chicken meals with sea salt and 2 whole eggs before the night show and then finally I started to fill out

Blows my mind what the body needs or can utilize when you get so lean

Got some Graftin done today. Got this done a few weeks ago too. Really seems to be helping my shoulder and biceps tendinitis. Probably continue to get work done every few weeks.

Gosh, horrible stomach cramps again this morning. Not real sure why? I take digestive enzymes 2-4 times daily and a probiotic as well as glutamine with my intra. It's debilitating bc this morning it was paired with some nausea. Been up for a few hours hoping it'll pass but not looking like it. The thought of eating anything makes me want to puke.

I have used it in the past. I've recommended it to tons of ppl, it's a great supplement . Wtf am I doing now then!?! Lol
