Ive read it takes 9 days for muscle to start showing diminishing effects
No its not too much time, sometimes its healthy in fact. Your muslce will have memory and youll see that it might take only a week or so to get back to where you were...thank god for muscle memory. Sometimes when you take in all sorts of supplements and have a crazy diet its good to take a few weeks off and let your body naturalize as far as cholesterol and other ill effects of bulking. But dont sweat 2 weeks.
Definately so but would this have anything to do about how they say that a few days/weeks out of the month we should completely do a different set of workouts or a different routine?...(because are bodies/muscles and whatnot get used to the same routine that we actually see diminishing/slow growth over time?)...anybody know?
