1st prohormone cycle. RPN Havoc

Haha. Just a matter of keeping your diet, training, and most important, your mentality on point. Things will change. You'll lose some vascularity, some hardness, some intensity. But keep your calories up, get some supps to maintain your intensity in the gym and act like you're still on cycle.
 
Ok gotcha! I'm currently reading as much as I can on training schedules during pct. Seems like most people just do the same as when they were on cycle.

I'll add in pre workout supps and cee creatine
 
Well I'll do my job and say OL Conqu3r and Vital1ty are a great combo for a PWO and creatine. As far as training goes, not sure how you trained on cycle, but I would go with lifting heavy in pct. Your body needs to think it needs that muscle to handle heavy loads.
 
One thing I did notice when I stopped was rebound gyno. I've got some mild pubertal gyno that I've had for years and I defibately added fat and some hard tissue on my chest in the first week off of epi. Pct seems to have reduced it right down again though. Possible slightly worse than when I started but not noticeable now I don't think
 
First day of pct yesterday and it was horrendous!*
Took 20mg tab of alpha pharma nolvadex in the morning. Had hardly any appetite all day. By evening I was vomiting so violently that I pulled a muscle in my neck. Couldn't keep any food or liquid down..I had a few sips of water and 3 strawberries which I vomited out within minutes. Then I got severe chills and just couldn't stay warm even thought I was in bed with several layers of clothes on. Woke up this morning and my urine was a reddish colour. ..really starting to freak out now
 
I don't know if I've caught a bug. It's possible but I can't say 100%. If I have then it's one massive coincidence I get really ill on the first day of pct. Been in bed all morning today. Feel drained. Worrying about reddish urine I passed earlier
 
A quick update. Weight has dropped off massively. I'm down 4 kilos since finishing the cycle and I'm now only 1.5 kilos up on my starting weight. My bodyfat is also higher then when I started so I pretty much think I've lost all of my gains.
 
Pct was ROHM labs pct, took 4 tabs a day for 3 weeks
Diet stayed the same as on cycle, but dropped carb cals by 150 to account for lower glycogen storage
 
No serm was your problem. You need testosterone to maintain and grow muscle mass. When you came off your cycle, you would have been completely shut down. No test for you. Your estrogen would have been sky high due to the bodies natural processes to create homeostasis with the supplemented test from the steroids.
You didnt use a serm, so your test production never really woke up from hibernation and you werent combating the high estrogen sides. This would result in fat gain, loss of muscle, and a decrease in muscle build and repair.
Gains are made on cycle
Gains are maintained in PCT. Honestly PCT is the MOST important part of a cycle. Assuming you hit the gym as hard as you said you did and your gains werent all glycogen and junk, that was your problem.
Use a serm next time
 
Just saw your post and looked at the product.
Not sure on the legitness of that pct. Never heard of the labs.
If they were not bunk, then it could have been your bodies reaction to the pct was off or you didnt recover as well as you might have hoped.
Only time I lost any gains were in cutting or training intensity deminished. Idk man everyone reacts differently.
 
I was expecting to lose some of the gains.
The PCT is legit I got it from a very reliable source.
My nuts were back after a week or so also.
I've learnt a lot from this cycle and I can use that next time if I run a Ph again.
I chose epi for its low sides, what other ph would you recommend? I would like to add some size again but minimise sides. I did notice minimal hair thinning with epi so woukd like to avoid that if possible

Yup still alive. The red piss scared me bad. But it went away after a day. Will update next week with my gains/losses, my personal thoughts on the cycle itself and also on havoc itself.

Currently on my last week of pct. 10mg nolvadex. That's it. Added in some creatine. Natty test booster I'm sure are herbal garbage.

And yes ... I smuggled some nolvadex on a plane. It was easy enough :) signed up to a gym here. I have maxed out all their weights lol they think I'm a personal trainer out here yet in my home gym I'm prob one of the smallest guys. ..its hilarious but I'm loving it :-)
 
I have some epi left prob 30 tabs and also around 20 pct tabs.

I was thinking...

Could I take 2 tabs the epi pre workout on 2 of my workout days as a extra boost for a few weeks then run a week of pct? I can't imagine 2 days would do my damage to liver and I can't imagine it would shut me down either but not sure it would make any difference to the results.

Has anybody tried this?
 
Would it even make a difference? I mean the stuff takes 2 weeks to kick in.

I'm guessing your feeling **** after being on cycle. If you're like me I bet you can't wait to get back on something lol
 
How long after do people on pulse method notice results though?

I'm sure it takes some time to build up a decent concentration in the blood stream before it can be deemed effective?

Its an interesting question though and would also like to hear others input. You could always try it and let us know how you get on....

Hi guys, I'm due to start my first PH cycle on the 5th of January. I'm 32 years old and been lifting for approx 10 years.
I play semi pro football and I'm looking to add some muscle and strength while staying lean.

I track my macros, I eat good quality meats and eggs and get large servings of greens 100+grams at each of my 5 meals. Carbs come from basmati rice, potatos and gluten free oats. Carbs I cycle dependant on my training loads each day.

I'm approx 72kgs, 5ft 8 and I'm currently eating 3200 cals per day.

As its my first cycle I only want to run it for 4 weeks with a 3-4 week PCT.

I will run havoc at 30/30/30/20 tapering off on the last week. 10 at breakfast, 10 at lunch and 10 about 6pm pre workout.
I will also be taken a good quality milk thistle twice per day along with glutathione twice per day alongside a good quality joint supplement. I also have some muscleze in preparation for any back pumps.

PCT will be ROHM labs PCT tabs. X3 tabs per day for 2 weeks and then 2 tabs per day for another week.

I would like to run this keeping sides to an absolute minimum while keeping my body as healthy a possible. I will be drinking 4+ litres of water per day also.

Is there anything else I could do to improve the cycle/minimise sides?

i would add a test base and PCT of clomid and/or tamox ( i rec both)
 
Forget ph they are total bs. Hey the real stuff. Talking from personal experience

Lol I earned my current physique without taking any 'real' stuff and I owe a lot of it to Havoc my first PH and it will always hold a special place in my heart.

3 total Havoc runs under my belt.
 
Havoc is just all water weight. You'll gain hardly anything in a 4 week cycle using weak steroids like epi

Hilarious!. I agree a 4 week cycle is pretty useless....Still though it's a moot point if you actually look at the date the thread was created. I bet he has already made the decision. Havoc all water weight though?. That's just asinine.

I can compare it to test e .. dbol...and var which I've used since doing epi.

While on epi I looked big and v felt good. I also had awful sides! But on the other stuff I felt like a god and kept gains. After epi I deflated like a baloon during pct

Well then your pct and post cycle diet just sucked.
