1st prohormone cycle. RPN Havoc

Hi bobby thanks for your input.
I know epi isn't that mild. . But when you say it can really screw you up. . Are you talking from personal experience?

What on cycle support do you recommend then?...
 
Quick update, my nuts have definitely shrunk. Weight is roughly the same and visually I don't appear to have added much muscle. Legs are definitely a touch thicker but not much in upper body. I had quite a good pump training back yesterday but no strength gains that were out of the ordinary.
Push day tomorrow so will see how that goes. Now 17 days into the cycle. Still no major sides to mention apart from nut shrinkage
 
I'm on day 5. Dosing at 20mg ED. Couple days I did 30mg. I sometimes feel a wave in my bladder/nutsack region. This morning I didn't have morning wood and found it harder to keepa hard on and my nips looked pointy instead of a stub? Nips went backto normal after breakfast. An hour later i Downed a 10mg tab and watched some porn. I am a bit worried tbh. Been googling stuff all morning
 
People often run test alongside the epi. I haven't but I feel ok. To be honest I'm married and in my thirties so don't get much action anyway!!

I wouldn't have thought you're getting gyno especially as epi lowers estrogen! Post cycle it can be an issue I believe.

I have some pubertal gyno and to be honest I think it may have reduced very slightly although it could all be in my head!
 
Some advice guys. The gains are defo coming! Massive pump in the gym today and looking bigger and more vascular. 40mg is the sweet spot for me. Now, originally I was going to run for 4 weeks at 30mg as it was my 1st cycle and to minimise sides. However. I'm nearly at the end of the 3rd week and I'm just starting to notice it working so considering running it for 5 weeks. Me and my mrs will prob start trying for a baby in the next couple of months and I can tell I'm getting shut down now as my nuts have shrunk quite a bit. Given the plans do you think 5 weeks run is a bad idea? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
 
I think a 6 week run is the best idea. Shutdown is shutdown, recovery is recovery. Get your gains bro. As long as you have support supps to last, 6 weeks is not out of the question.
 
Thanks for your input! I think I will stick with5 weeks first cycle. Something inside is telling me not to be too greedy!!

Took a reading this morning and I'm on 126/76. Took A dose of havoc this morning so will check BP later on

you should be alright, just keep an eye on it. My diastolic pressure is always so low, but my systolic pressure seems to be elevated all the time, whether I'm on or not.
 
See your doctor about it and maybe he'll put you on something, hopefully a beta blocker. Then, once your cycle's over, you'll be magically cured and can discontinue them. I will say though, I don't even blink at blood pressures like that on cycle. It happens and its not going to kill you. People can have that bp for decades and never have kidney or heart issues.
 
What he said. 5-6 weeks is the best imo. Done multiple epi runs never needed to taper off. I never experienced any shutdown from it. Strength actually kept increasing the first two weeks off for me. Everything else looks good. Try not to drink alcohol while on it.
 
Hi matthersby thanks for writing. Yeah I wasn't sure ifi should be worried or not...I try n justify to myself that I am on cycle afterall. Dunno about beta blockers. .im not a fan of meds in general as ironic add that may sound. But thanks for the reassuring words much appreciated!

I feel the same way man. I had a bad migraine yesterday and everyone was like "why don't you take some medicine for it" and I'm like I don't like to do that. Yet I'm over here on cycle, haha.
 
Woke up a few times last night with a very bad headache/migraine. Took some paracetamol this morning and it's easing slightly but I am fighting the temptation to be sick.
The reason I'm mentioning this is I feel it's definately a side effect as I can't remember the last time I had a bad headache apart from my first day on the cycle.
My diet is so clean and water intake so high it is literally years since I've had a bad headache.
Apart from that weight seems to be going up and down quite a bit. I'm down a kilo from 2 days ago but calories have increased. I had a football match Saturday so maybe I depleted glycogen quite a bit
 
Its quite common to get headaches on havoc from what I've read. I had a ripper the last couple days and lowered my dose because havoc causes high BP therefore headaches. . Can also increase risk of heart attack/stroke. Health over gains any day.

Will go back to usual dose today and see how I feel. Will up the water intake as well.

How's your mood? I was hyper first few days but have been feeling groggy and lethargic last 2 to 3 days
 
No huge difference in mood. Feel tired last two days but had a hard match Saturday so that's prob why. Yesterday's back workout was awesome reps and weight up on everything but did legs tonight and it was really tough. Felt like I wasn't taking anything at all. Struggled to match last weeks reps. Weird!
 
headaches have stopped since i increased water intake. noticed some hair thinning out and oilier skin. had joint pain but glucosamine cured that quickly.
I'm up 3kg - after 10 days of 20mg.
I think the dose is dependent on ones initial weight. its like bigger people can drink more alcohol without getting pi$$ed but someone with a lower weight would get drunk a lot quicker on a lower amount of booze. something to keep in mind.

So far, I've only really had 1 workout where I trained back where I felt stronger and as if I was on cycle. So far weight gain is 3.4kg. Tomorrow will be the final day of week4. One last week now at 40mg and then pct. I've upped calories another 100 and May go up again if weight stays constant. Currently 600 cals over maintenance from pre cycle.

Don't give up! There are still gains to be made! Ride this last week like it is the last cycle of your life.
 
Epi is the only DS I haven't done, and I bought some during the ban- This makes me want to sell my Epi. I should have gotten more DMZ. Anyone interested in LGI Epi, sealed?
 
Save em. They are probably the best gains vs. sides ds out there. Great strength gains and solid, dry, retainable gains.
 
They're not banned over here in the UK. Wonder if it's only a matter of time?
Was there a big fuss to get them banned in usa?..wonder why....I don't think it was due to people dropping dead

All depends on your recovery. I sometimes go to a 3 day split with, 3 on 1 off, so everything gets hit twice a week.

Re diet, my aim is to up fats and then carb backload to try and stop fat gain and improve insulin sensitivity. Does that sound like a good idea?
 
Ive done 7 days in a row this week, my recovery is awesome. i know i prob shouldn't do it but i feel useless unless I've been in the gym for at least an hour. Last week i took 2 days off.
 
Last few days I have been very lethargic. Strength was up in the gym today but I had to drag myself there.
Yesterday I did some hill sprints and I struggled my legs felt like lead. I also took the dog for a walk this evening and my legs were aching just walking. I think it's the low estrogen levels.
Hopefully, it will pass but i am in my last week now so no huge problem!

Deload a week, then go back at it.
 
How much does havoc affect the adrenal glands? I feel like it acts like a stimulant more than a ph/ds because of the increased energy, rapid heart beat, high BP, increased fat loss (lipolysis), insomnia, hot flushes, waking up at night. Last night I woke up at 1.30AM fir the first time while on cycle... but couldvev been Bcoz i took 10mg at 9PM?
 
I'm really bad today I'm struggling to get ready for work. It feels like I've got flu without the symptoms if that makes sense!
