1st prohormone cycle. RPN Havoc

What is people's advice on coming off of cycle. Is it best to literally stop completely or ramp the dose down over a week say 30/30/20/20/10/10/10 then PCT
 
Started at 72.3kg and now at around 76.3. Although just weighed before bed after tonight's dinner and I was 78.2kg but that's a bit off I think as usually weigh when I wake up
 
I added weight the first two weeks on 30 but felt a lot just came from the extra calories I was eating. 40 made a difference in my opinion
 
I thought it would be slightly out as I hadn't weighed for a while.
I saw a mate last night in the gym and he hadn't seen me for a week and he could tell Id added lots of size. He also said Muscles looked harder
 
I did a havoc cycle two years ago.I ran it at 30 mg for 5 weeks and had no sides at all not even back pumps.but it took till the last week for this to kick in. If I was run it again I would definitely do 40 mg or more.

Mine kicked in at week 3 of 6 (dosed at 24mg ED) so I'm wondering whether it would be a good idea for me to go beyond week 6 as I'm seeing great results. Any thoughts on this?
 
Epik Shred by Komodo labs come in 12mg tabs. This is my first pro-hormone cycle so I wanted to dose it low and not overdo it. That's why I'm asking if it's wise to go for longer than 6 weeks or whether I should just stop at week 6 and then run it at a higher dose for cycle 2.

By the way, what's the general consensus on the length of time to take off between cycles?
 
I don't think you'd gain a great deal from going longer than 6 weeks.
I had a **** workout tonight. Weights felt very heavy and had zero pump at all. I looked flat as a pancake. I've found that with epi. Some days I feel completely jacked on it, strong and vascular, other day I feel like I've not taken anything and feel flat. Weird!
 
Every day 325 protein, carbs 350g fats 90g
Yesterday was a rest day so lowered carbs to 250 and upped fats to compensate calories.
This could have affected it as glycogen might have been a tad lower but I've felt like that on high carb days also. I'm wondering if it's the time I take the pre workout epi and whether it's with or without food that could be making a difference. Maybe I should take it on an empty stomach see if it helps
 
Some days I'm like that too. Like I can get a pump just from tensing biceps or lats. . Today I couldn't get no pump in my pecs. ..but prob coz delts were taking over and bit of bicep contribution. Could be down to form. .I dunno. I might need to rest though.. I've not had a day off in 9 days.

What's the expiry date on your tabs bro?

Time on cycle + time on pct = time off.
So if you do a 4 week cycle and 3 week pct (7 weeks total) then you should wait 7 weeks minimum before starting your next cycle. I think you need to do more research n reading bro.. that's a pretty basic thing to have known.
 
I found that taking a tab 4 hours before is most optimal for me. Some people do this "pre workout tab" 30mins before hitting the gym but I'm pretty sure it takes more than 30 mins to be digested/converted into an active form/bind to receptors etc etc.


Taking with/without food could be an interesting experiment though.
 
Strength is up but not massively. Trained mostly with reps 10-12 but def stronger.
Bf is up but can still see upper abs. I wouldn't say results are outstanding. I've not really had many comments from people so not sure anyone has worked out that I have been taking epi.
 
Last day today! To be honest I'm looking forward to coming off now. Each time I take a tab now I get back pumps and I played football yesterday and nearly had to come off after 20 mins. The pumps in my back and legs was rediculous I couldn't run properly. I made it to half time and got the Physio to stretch them and massage them and it eased a bit second half but I was seriously struggling!
 
Also what do you think your next cycle will be? I'm looking up some mass builders similar to dbol. Epistane was a little too dry/lean for me
 
I like the sound of anavar due to low sides but not sure it's ideal for mass. But from what I've read the gains you make in it are easier to hold onto post cycle.
No other sides really, joints are a little sore at times and a bit grouchy but apart from that I'm not too bad.

What are people's thoughts on this workout for pct? Or would 3x full body per week heavy be better, one exercise per body part 2-3 sets x 5 reps.

Incline db bench 3x5
Dips weighted 3 x 5
Hammer incline 3 x 5
Close grip bench 2 x 5


Thursday
Bent over row 3x5
Pull ups weighted 3x5
Hammer row 3x5


Friday
Military press 3 x 5
Side laterals 3 x 6
Shrugs 3 x 8
Ez curls 2 x 5
 
Thoughts behind the 5 reps sets are that I have been training on cycle 10-12 reps so this will allow me to lift heavier. I also gain strength very quickly in this rep range so given the low test post cycle it may help me hold onto some of my gains
 
Coming to the end of my 4th week now and getting some nagging ache in my balls. It's really uncomfortable and has lasted 3 days now. It was in my right testicle but it's now on my left this morning. My friend didn't have any hcg so I don't know if i should come off cycle and start pct with nolvadex or if I should tough it out. Getting worried. Thoughts on this guys?
 
It's called shutting down, testicular atrophy. It happens. Don't sweat it too hard. A proper pct will bring them back.
 
Thanks for reply. I have nolvadex and a natty test booster for pct. Plan to dose the nolvadex at 20/20/10/10.
Is that enough for pct? I can get clomid if need be
 
This is my final week as planned. .4 weeks. Wanted to go 5 weeks but this ball ache had got me thinking twice. Itsmy first cycle and dint want to screw myself up as I plan on doing a few more cycles later in the year (and having kids)
 
I'm now in day 5 of pct. Changed to lower rep work and strength is still pretty good.
I've noticed I'm extremely lethargic though especially at work I find it hard to focus. Not sure if it's what I'm taking for pct.
I've added some bodyfat which I suppose is to be expected. I've upped fats and lower carbs which I take intra and post workout to try and minimise fat gain. Calories at around 150 per day less than while in cycle but protein is the same
 
Hope the OP is okay? Seen a lot of log threads where the logs just suddenly stop. Makes me think the worst had happened :-/
 
Sorry, yeah all fine! Been 2 weeks in pct now. Put a bit of fat on but that was expected. Last week I lowered cals by 150 and fats come down. I've lost around a kg but I'm in lower carbs now so I don't think I've lost much muscle. Strength is staying constant and on some exercises I've got slightly stronger.
No muscle pumps and football is now much easier!
The only bad thing is that I have been very tired some days and also my libido is zero! I don't have an issue getting the old boy up but I literally cannot be arsed! Mrs is starting to get stroppy.
 
I'm on week 5. 30mg ED. Final week before pct and ill be sad to stop. Met family at a wedding today I've not seen in a year and instead of the usual bull**** of "have you lost weight" comments .. about 5 people said "you look big". One guy asked if he could work out with me. Felt so good.

My weight has pretty much stayed the same for 5 weeks but my body is bigger. Weird!

Sides: some minor heart palpitations at times. I can feel the Blood vessels on my head at night. Really bad lethargy. .. One day I just stayed in bed all day n only got up to eat/gym/shower. My testes have shrunk...too scared to give them a feel now lol. Ball bags hanging low.. they're not vacuum packed like a porn star though. Libido has crashed..never feel horny. Starting pct in a day: test booster/creatine/nolvadex 20/20/10/10
 
Those comments are always awesome. I never get tired of hearing them. Sounds like things went great. And if pct goes as well, that libido will be back in a couple weeks.
 
I may soon develop narcissistic personality disorder lol

But yeah fingers crossed on pct.. that's gonna be an interesting/scary experiment
