Don't taper down your dose, you are cheating yourself out of gains! I would run just epi or do the 1/4 andro stack, epi and 1 andro sounds like a very lethargic cycle. You also need a serm for pct. No serm no cycleI'm 22 1/2, 6'1 and weight 194ish.
Plan on running:
Epi 20/30/40/30/20
1-Andro 50/100/100/100/50
cycle support: Blockade, fish oil
Pct: Competitive Edge Labs PCT Assist
along with proper nutrition and protein supplements.
How does this look? Looking for everyones opinion.
Also debating if I should run 4-andro instead of the Epi?
Whats your opinion on beginner cycles?
^^good advice. Just get a serm for pct and exemestane to have on hand in case of any high estrogen sides and you will be gtgRun it for 6-8 weeks imo. Start at 300mg for 2-3 weeks and see how it goes then up it if you want. It's a very mild cycle but I am seeing very good strength gains and losing body fat with hardly any sides besides a very decreased libido. Make sure your diet is on point and you should get some results.
IMO your too young to already be running PHs. At your age the body is full of testosterone and growth hormones as it is. Also it sounds like you have some more reading up on the subject to do, about cycles in general, cycle length, serms etc. But ofc it's all up to you. Also, why not consider a sarm like LGD instead?
Not trying to be a jerk, just helping out![]()

Lol I'm not taking any of this personal and I appreciate everyones comments!
Welp, got some bad news.
Broke my knuckle in a bar fight this weekend, so I will be out for quite a while.
I was really hoping to complete a cycle before December, but looks it'll have to wait.
Has anyone been in this predicament before? How long was your recovery time?

Im wearing a cast until October 20th. So turned out not as bad as expected.
In the mean time I'll be doing a lot of zercher squats and abs.
I'm considering running androvar for 6 weeks and andro the giant for 4 weeks. Implementing andro 2 weeks after starting androvar.
I'm guessing I'll need an AI?
I'll be using cycle support, post cycle 3x and daa for sure.
What's your opinion on this?
