hmmm sounds good. What are you dosing now and for how long? I keep wanting to kick it to 30mg and see if I respond better or worse but I really think I should wait until at least close to week 4.

immaboss, good pumps feel good but I do know they don't do much but get in the way. But we're also talking about superdrol pumps which feel like total ass. I don't know what causes the mdrol pumps. does anyone else?

I would say it's your kidneys telling you to take a break! No, it's hard to say. Many steroids cause back, calf, & shin pumps. Not out of the ordinary. I haven't had any of those. Just a little lethargy if I get low on carbs. I've been running 30mg for a week now. Can't wait for tomorrows chest workout. See where the strengths at!
 
I'm on day18 of Designer Supplements Superdrol and I feel pretty good. No expolsive gains other than size. I was hoping strength would be better. I guess I really won't know until I bench tomorrow. That's how I gauge. Strength has gone up but not ridiculous amounts by any means. I have put on alot of weight and I know some is water. I started cycle at 190lbs and I'm weighing in at 207lbs now. That's 17lbs in less than 3 weeks. I had cut down to 190 after a Havoc cycle and I was primed for this weight gain. I've heard from a few that they only attained size and only saw minor strength gains. I think tomorrow will be a sure sign for my progress. I could have cared less about gaining a bunch if weight. I just wanted strength. I may bridge my super into Trenadrol to finish up and add to strength gains.
Good luck. The only sides to report would be lethargy after bumping to 30mg. it is controllable.


Nice to have you along angel. I have made big weight gains as well, started at 198, weighed in at 208 this morning. I do know some is water weight as well. I have made some small strength gain, as all reps went form 8 to 10. Tomorrow will be the big day with the bench. Question for you angel, how did you cut back after your havoc cycle? I'm around 17-18% maybe a bit more right now, and am going to cut for summer after my cycle. I dont necessarly want to get down to 10% or anything, just cut a little off the mid section. I dont mind being a little soft. I was looking into the CKD diet, but I think that is a little to intense for my goal, any input? I was thinking going low carb, and upping the cardio, but will that hinder my muscle mass?? Thanks!
 
WWWOOOWWW!!!! Day two at 20mg, hit chest this morning! Was able to rep everything that I was pushing at 8, now to 10. Explosive workout, seemed every time I was about to fail, I got this crazy second burst of strength!! Love it. No sides to note at this point, I'm staying crazy pumped. Weight this morning 204!! Sweet

Can't wait for you to post in two weeks and tell us how your back is feeling. Today was the end of my week two m-drol solo cycle. back is on f&$#^ing FIRE!!!! These back pumps are no joke! Bananas, Protien w/Taurine and a heating pad are are FUTILE!!!! Aspercreame is the only thing that makes the pumps completely disappear. I don't care tho becasue I'm finishing this S**T! In two weeks I'm up 9 lbs BF is down only 1.3% but all my excercises are up as well. I get very lethargic from this stuff for no reason also. On my days off with the same water intake I notice my pee is more yellow however on workout days I'm clear. running ed so maybe it's just passing thru me who knows? but overall, a worthwhile experience minus the severe back pain....

lower carbs, high intensity training 3-5x a week. I used to be a runner and averaged 3 miles a day before I hurt my back. I switched full circle to weight lifting and moderate cardio of 2x 20 minute runs a week. I was very skinny when I ran and I wasn't able to put on mass at all. No matter what I ate or lifted I was burning to many calories. Running to much is catabolic. It will melt muscle.
The best way to retain muscle mass and cut is to keep protein intake high, lower carbs and only do HIT. 400meter sprints, hit the heavy bag, do squat thrusts, or a short 15minute fast run is great. Lowering carbs is key. It will do more than anything else you do. It's a bit difficult for your body to acclimate to but when it starts to work it works fast. Note, you will lose a bit of size and strength. It's a nature of the beast. You will however like the way you look. Cheers guys....

I'm on day 12 now, I have been having back pumps, but nothing that I cant handle. Some people react different than others. I get them the worst when running, and when I'm standing there doing the dishes. Tons of water and Tuarine and they seem to deminish.

Also today was an off day, nothing to note.

Like I said, not looking to loose a whole lot, just a bit of the mid section, tighten up the love handles. I don't think I should have a problem though, beings I have never cut, it will be my first, so I should have great results.

It will work wonders. You'll get light headed and tired for a week or so until your body starts to burn fat instead of carbs for energy. You will want to make sure and keep a nice intake of EFA's like Natural Peanut Butter, Fish Oil, and Milled Flax Seed to help your balance of fats as well. When your going low carb you'll want to keep fats moderately high. This doesn't mean SAT or Trans Fats! Just EFA (essential fatty acids). Avacados are great as well.
Some carbs are fine. Pre & Post workout. Whole oats or whole grain bread. No white bread, pasta, or rice.

Wow, what a workout! Strength gains are coming on strong! But phuck, my spotter didn't come in this monring so i couldn't hit the bench hard!!!:aargh4: So did the norm on bench,

Tri reverse pull down?? Kind with the rope, but pulling over you shoulder-10x50-10x50-10x50 to 10x50-10x55-10x55.

So really starting to see go increase in strength. Hope it keeps going!!

For the most part I'm following the one that I have posted on the 1st page. Pretty much sticking to it, other than on the weekends. I usually drop a meal, and throw in a cheat. I find it hard to keep up on the weekends. I don't want to think that I have hit plateau, keep positive man. Keep the carbs and cals up, I think you'll keep gaining!
 
So im fixing to start a stack of m-drol and p-plex, what should i expect?

Well cant tell you with the stack, beings im running mdrol solo. I feel that thus far my sides have been minimal compaired to what I have heard out there, monsterbox had it bad! Myself and Boyders gained about 7-8 pounds in the first week, but I think most of that is water. I'm hoping that everything from here on out is LM. Only negative sides I have noticed is back pumps!! Have your taurine on hand!!!! Loads of water, and keep your carbs high!!! My appitite slightly fell off, but I just kept shoving! Its back now. The boys tightened up, but nothing to worry about. Today, I noticed a nice step up in strenght.. I'm at 12 days. Recovery time is super... Agression not to bad for me.. Awsome pumps!! Good luck!

I would NOT stack M-Drol & PPlex. Bridge them and you'll feel better and have a better cycle all together.
Run PPlex 1st (wet compound) and dry up with the M-Drol. Something like this would be good but I need your height, weight, and experience.
PLex- 30/30/45/45
MDrol- 00/00/00/10/20/20
6 weeks total which is plenty for methyls but you need to spread these 2 compounds up. Just my Opinion.
Also make sure you have all your support supplements in order. Most of your money goes to food and next your support supps. The Seroids are the cheap part. Cheers and good luck.

Damn, strength just climbing, and climbing. Today was shoulders and traps. Again all my exercises have went form 8 reps to 10 reps, and now the weight is just getting bigger and bigger.

Barbell shrugs-225x8-315x8-365x8-365x8
Now-225x10-315x10-385x10-405x10

Machine military press-90x8-180x8-180x8-180x8 not counting machine weight I'm not sure what that is..Now-90x10-190x10-190x10-190x9 just couldn't push out the last one.

Standing Low Cable Delt Raises-15x8-17.5x8-17.5x817.5x8
Now 15x10-20x10-20x10-20x10

That is not all my exercises, just the ones with the biggest improvement.

So this sh!t is defanitly adding strength!!! Weight is still at 208 so that's 10+ on day 13.... Hopefully more to come....:firedevil:

im totally backwards from you, i think i was doing like 225lbs on the flat bar for like 6 reps but i was throwing up the 105lb dbs for incline press at 8 reps. lol

Thats money man, 105 db incline!! I went too long without changing my routine, from exercises, days, and reps. I was on 8 reps forever. I'm hoping going like 6 weeks or so with 10 reps, when I switch up to 8 reps again i will really be able to stack the poundage...:naughty:
 
yeah i was doing a 5x5 program and i was putting the 105's up for 5 reps then i switched to 8 reps for 3 sets and was able to build back up to 105, now im doing a 15 rep program and i can put the 90's up for 15 reps which is crazy.
 
Thanks for the advice angel77, for my stat's im 5, 10 and sitting at 210lbs not a lot of fat just not in the best shape. ive been lifting heavy for about 4 and 1/2 years now. As for supplements ive taken hemadrol, h-drol, s-drol, supermastervol, sus 500, and tren 250, obviosly not alll at once and this is over a time span of a year and a half.
hema first then h and s-drol together, then supermastervol, and just recently did sus and tren. all with support supp's.
 
quick question does anyone think it would be effective to run super at 10,10,20... i know it seems pretty low i only have 30 pills of methyl vol that was given to me, i have only done one prior cycle of epi before and gained 7lbs after pct during a 25 day cycle with 2 weeks of pct torem.. i actually continued gaining in pct... i am only looking to gain 8lbs lbm.. also trying to increase my bb press from 315x3 to 345x3 and dead lift from 425x3 to 455x3... i was really looking to stack the drol with xtreme tren.. but money situation is bad right now.. have clomid torem and nolva already that are just collecting dust.

Hell yeah, that's plenty but what I would do if I were you would run a longer low dose cycle at 5mg in the morning with breakfast when your natural test is at it's highest. Those 30 pills would last a long time and the slower gradual gains are easier to keep. You won't shut down and only need to take a week break for evrry 3 your run the Super. I'm gonna do this with my remaining super from my current run. You can run a natty test booster during the week off if you prefer but many run it without any test booster and no serm needed at all. You will see gains for sure. Just an idea. Theres a great thread on it here in the forums. Cheers Zach, angel77

Dude, you have alot of research to do!!! Ya, you could just take the pill for for weeks, but it "could" also phuck you up!! You have alot of research to do man. Use the search feature, it's your friend. There is all sorts of factors that come into play when using PH/DS. My advise is hold off, and do alot more research about what you're getting into.

I second this comment Mathis. This guy needs research for sure. Do NOT take the Mass Tabs unless you have every support supplement and PCT in order. There is plenty of info on this site to do the trick for ya.

Hopefully if I'm gonna get it, it will hit me by tomorrow so I can try to recoupe during the weekend!! Other than getting sick, feeling ok. No sides. Weight is unknown, haven't went to the gym to weigh in, today was an off day. I don't trust my scale at home. So we will see.. BOYDERS, are you alive man??

Dude, DONT THINK ABOUT IT! I know the feeling. Get some Zinc. I'd maybe get zICAM. If you catch it early enough it will knock it out. Good luck and get alot of rest.

Day 16

Well, I think I was able to stop the cold!! Still a little stuffy, but feel 100% better, and sore throat is gone!! My mom is an Herbal Doc, and has some pretty sweet sh!t for colds, IF you catch it early enough. Did hit the gym this morning, back and bi's, kinda took it easy though. I didn't want to push it, just worked through it. I will rest up hard this weekend, let my body full recoupe for this cold fight off, and hit it hard Monday.

Edit: Sunday I will up to 30mg.
 
Hey boys! Good to see your still alive and well mathis. I kicked it to 30mg yesterday for shits and giggles. Seemed like a good day because it was the day before I got back. So here is what's up:

I had three days off in a row from the gym and I feel really good. I feel terribly guilty because I'm on cycle but I think it was really needed. I had been training hard 5 days a week when I started and before that I had been givin'er hard on my cut with lots of weights and cardio. On the bright side though, I had little to no lethargy. Going off the assumption that mild lethargy is associated to the tax on the liver, I would like to propose that the majority of lethargy on mdrol is caused by the unnatural amount of muscle that you force your body to put on. I mean, it takes a shizzle load of energy and resources for your body to tack on a pound of muscle every day or two.

On the weird side of things, I didn't mean to have all three days off. I went down to the hotel gym which had some free weights (up to 50 pounds lol) and tried to do some shoulder work but I had some crazy pain.. either I got my swell on so bad I couldn't move my shoulders or maybe it was the dry joint issue I read a lot about. I don't know and I would appreciate some thoughts on this. Strength was fine getting the weights up but my shoulders BURNED. I am about to go do chest and bi's in like 10 minutes so I am interested to see if I get something similar. Bi's are almost too much on cycle because they get so swollen. I already had a couple stretch marks on my right bi and this cycle made them bigger. Gahd.

My diet has sucked **** the last few days while out of town. The restaurants I was working in fed me but they were fine dining so while they weren't empty calories per say, it wasn't the most desirable stuff to put in my system on cycle. Oh well. I had caribou last night and it was super red and meaty.

Going to keep it at 30mg for 7 more days and if I can the rest of the cycle (mar 2). I am down to getting the most I can out of this cycle but I have to say that being on orals is a pain in the god damn ass. I'm either tired, sore, both, hungry, over full or anything in the damn middle. My nuts have finally packed it in too. Good thing is I have had _ZERO_ issues with my nips. I am praying I don't. It's not estro I'm worried about.. my pct is solid. The only base I don't really have covered is prolactin. I am taking a morning dose of a b100 complex but that's it.

I'm readying through my post now and realize I am doing a lot of complaining. I shouldn't be. All is well, the cycle is going well and I'm getting huge.
Anyways, off to the gym. Keep it real :-P

I had the same feeling with my tri's and my chest!! Dont know what it is. I don't have a whole lot to report, I'm kinda taking it easy let the body rest after fighting off the cold. I will bump up to 30 mg on Sunday, keep ya posted!!

make sure to dose your last pill (after you bump to 30mg) at or before 5pm. Sleep could be disrupted for a few days while your body acclimates to it.
 
The day I started at 30mg I started dosing at 6:30 am, 2:30 pm and 10:30 pm then go right to bed.. no probs. On the weekends I set my alarm, dose and go back to sleep. If anything, I have found my sleep to be deeper.

At 20mg A day I dosed at 6:30am then 4:30 pm for a 6pm workout
 
I stated dosing 30 mg today. I will be dosing 5 a.m. 10:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The weekends will look a little different cuz I sleep in a little later than 5.
 
Bah, don't you think it makes more sense to spread the lovely evenly over a 24 hour period? Especially for a substance that has around an 8hr half life?
 
Ya, your probably right there boyds. I might try a dose before bed. I just hope it doesn't affect my sleep. There is no way I could dose in the middle of the night though!! I would have troubles getting back to sleep.

I would not dose after 5pm. You'll be fine. It will make sleep very difficult taking it late in the day.
 
Like I say, I've had _zero_ issues dosing right before bed since day 1 of 30mg but different folks different strokes I guess

Up about 14 pounds now as of this morning. How about you? I'm definitely much 'fuller'. Strength gains are decent too. Higher weight, higher reps all that.. Dropped a couple points on the bf scale too but due to all the eating, not a whole lot. I'm looking forward to some of the supps I have lined up for pct which I think will quickly drop that water weight and slim me down without loss of muscle.

But I am worried about the boys. The atrophy has reaaallly kicked in at 30mg so be prepared for that. I'm really hoping that nolva and dth do the trick.

Oh yeah the dhea.. instead of lowering the dose, I upped it to 200mg every morning from 150. I don't know if I had mentioned this. Anyways, I stopped getting tired after taking it and on that dose, the lethargy has almost completely subsided. So other than my poor testes, I am 100% side free (aside from whatever havoc is happening with my liver and lipids). I am taking 12-15 nutra planet fish oil caps a day. Although I am still worried about prolactin sides I'm thinkin that since I haven't even had swollen nips or a hint of an itch then I am in the clear and I know that my pct is solid enough that I will not get an estro rebound whatsoever.

If the cycle keeps up like this then I will be staying at 30mg a day up till and including march 2 which means I start the dth on feb 26

275x3 and the 275 felt like 245, so thats pretty f'ing awsome!! I as well feel, and look much fuller.... I'm only up about 11 lbs right now, but we'll see what 30 mg has instore.. But I'm loving the strenght increase, that alone is worth the whole trip!

Phuck I'm loving it!! Still no sides, kinda hard to fall asleep, and no, I haven't dosed past 5:00 p.m. Strength is still holding, pumps are unbleavible!! I had one of the guys come up to me in the gym, "damn bro, your getting f'ing huge!!" Ha I love it!

Thanks for the great thread so far! I have been lurking around here for quite a while and debating on what to run next. I ran a solo hdrol cycle about a year ago and loved the strength/size gains and am now considering this as my second. I ran into some pretty nasty back pumps about 5 weeks in and skipped out on the added Taurine. My pct was also not the greatest and will have a serm on hand for the next, as I didn't bounce back nearly quick enough and lost more than I expected to. Keep up the good work!

Thanks bro! Sorry to hear about you cycle. Ya, serms are nice to have! I'm loving my cycle so far. The back pumps come and go, I have like 2 or 3 cases where they were brutal a hell!! Other than that, I'm pretty lucky with the sides. Have 7 days to go, and as of this morning I was still gaining!!!!!!
 
O man I am about to go workout and yesterday was back day but I didn't do deads because I squatted the day before so I have to today and just the thought of it is already giving me hella lower back pumps. I am going to die I swear...
