Hey boys! Good to see your still alive and well mathis. I kicked it to 30mg yesterday for shits and giggles. Seemed like a good day because it was the day before I got back. So here is what's up:
I had three days off in a row from the gym and I feel really good. I feel terribly guilty because I'm on cycle but I think it was really needed. I had been training hard 5 days a week when I started and before that I had been givin'er hard on my cut with lots of weights and cardio. On the bright side though, I had little to no lethargy. Going off the assumption that mild lethargy is associated to the tax on the liver, I would like to propose that the majority of lethargy on mdrol is caused by the unnatural amount of muscle that you force your body to put on. I mean, it takes a shizzle load of energy and resources for your body to tack on a pound of muscle every day or two.
On the weird side of things, I didn't mean to have all three days off. I went down to the hotel gym which had some free weights (up to 50 pounds lol) and tried to do some shoulder work but I had some crazy pain.. either I got my swell on so bad I couldn't move my shoulders or maybe it was the dry joint issue I read a lot about. I don't know and I would appreciate some thoughts on this. Strength was fine getting the weights up but my shoulders BURNED. I am about to go do chest and bi's in like 10 minutes so I am interested to see if I get something similar. Bi's are almost too much on cycle because they get so swollen. I already had a couple stretch marks on my right bi and this cycle made them bigger. Gahd.
My diet has sucked **** the last few days while out of town. The restaurants I was working in fed me but they were fine dining so while they weren't empty calories per say, it wasn't the most desirable stuff to put in my system on cycle. Oh well. I had caribou last night and it was super red and meaty.
Going to keep it at 30mg for 7 more days and if I can the rest of the cycle (mar 2). I am down to getting the most I can out of this cycle but I have to say that being on orals is a pain in the god damn ass. I'm either tired, sore, both, hungry, over full or anything in the damn middle. My nuts have finally packed it in too. Good thing is I have had _ZERO_ issues with my nips. I am praying I don't. It's not estro I'm worried about.. my pct is solid. The only base I don't really have covered is prolactin. I am taking a morning dose of a b100 complex but that's it.
I'm readying through my post now and realize I am doing a lot of complaining. I shouldn't be. All is well, the cycle is going well and I'm getting huge.
