Hey guys, I'm 21 5'8" and 160 and just starting to hop back on the supplements. I train 5 days a week my diet isn't the greatest I have a very high metabolism so I eat like ****... Protein intake is around 250-300grams/day. I've trained off and on since I was 16 mainly cuz I broke my back and fell out of a routine and it took me awhile to get back into it... I've been lifting for about 7 months now and just ordered a bottle of m-drol. Looking for a little insight on how to cycle it. I used 1AD back in high school to bad **** is banned now

i'll also be on milk thistle and proliver
but should i take this on the weekends too? i lift m-f.. and should i split up the doses or just take them like an hour before the gym?
