1st H-Drol Log

I plan to run 50/50/75/75/75, Nolva 40/40/20/20 + Activate Extreme + White Flood for PCT. Running Cycle Assist entire way through the cycle. Not sure what else to throw in there at this point

Nice setup bro, solid. Any Extras could be:

-Reduce Xt or Lean Xtrme for Cort Blocker
-Taurine for Back Pumps (3-4g Pre w/o seems to work wonders)
-Cissus Powder or Any Joint Supt (Heard H-Drol dries you out)
-Purple Wrath or Xtend ( A little boost during cycle)

I don't know if you have any of these but I plan to run them just to give a little boost in some areas of concern.

Day Off​

No gym tonight, I def needed this though. After a sub par leg workout last night, plus a full night off, I should be ready to rock and roll tommorow. I have Saturdays off, so I'll be working out in the afternoon tommorow. I bumped to 75Mg today, so my dosing looks like this:

12pm: 50Mg H-Drol, 2 NOW Adam Multi, 1 ON Fishoil
2 pm: 2 Scoops ON Nitrocore, 1/2 Tsp Glutamine, 1/2 Tsp Cissus Powder
4pm: 4 Pills Cycle Assist, 1 ON Fishoil
8pm: 25Mg H-Drol, 1 ON Fishoil
12am: 4 Pills Cycle Assist, 3g Taurine Powder

Quick question, any way to mask the flavor of Cissus powder? The flavor is terrible, and makes the protein taste terrible.

Awesome workout tonight, really had some gret intensity and focus. The weights tonight felt kind of light, which is a nice feeling. 75Mg seems to be a good dosage. Back pumps are kind of showing, but the taurine seems to be doing it's job. A little more acne than normal, but it's manageable. I really look forward to this week. Stay tuned!
 
T-1 doesn't increase acne,....however I think it frees natural test to preform this duty.

FYI;
I'm almost done week three and the acne is reducing after flaring the first two weeks.

A tid bit I wanted to share for info. and humor;
If you want to try an affordable nat. test booster that really works...I highly recommend Tongkat Ali 1:50 extract....100 cap.s of 400mg is +/-$35, @ 800mg/day my voice dropped, acne/oily skin increased, alpha male complex, crazy sex drive....week three I went to 1200mg and dropped back, as aggression was a bit much (3x Halo), and I woke from what had to be an estrogen conversion filled dream....no aromatase inhibitor, just dieting for test, ie: zink....I awoke near tears...like I came out of a LifeTime movie network program....
Adding it in PCT while on an AI...)))...worth a shot while in between cycles...as it's pulsed 5 on/3 off and can be run for 2+ months...good cheap nat. test booster...claimed to boost test. x6..though little research exists...worth a look/feel...

what do you guys think about a 13-ethyl (NRG-X) stack with H-Drol?
 
Yeah guys, those pics are before my cycle. I using this cycle to kind of recomp. Hopefully loose some B.F. and gain some LBM. So far so good, and the acne is starting to go away now. I'll be off tonight, got a hot date with the wife lol. I have to make sure my Libido is still on point
 
I know there are some supps that are supposed to help fight acne during cycle.. anyone know which supps they are?? i remember finding some but cant remember which ones! i am def prone to breakouts and i am starting this same cycle in a couple weeks

Pantothenic Acid (B5). 3-5 grams a day should do the trick.
 
Oh god b5! lol yeah that stuff lowers your skin oil but you gotta take alot and its harsh on your liver... done it before and it works but yeah maybe ill try that.. any other options?
 
Fish/cod oil is supposed to help with acne...though not great for oxidative stress.

The only areas that I had an increase in acne where; back, chest, and a little bit on the upper arms....2 weeks aprox. and seems to have settled now...

Well I came into this workout after standing for 3 hours for a detail. Needless to say, my back/neck was killing me, but still made it to the gym. Throughout the day, i'll be dead tired, but as long as I get to the gym, I'm good to go. 75Mg seems to be a good dosage, muscles are starting to tone up, strength seems to be improving, and sides are still minimal. The zits seemed to go away, although my skin is still on the oily side. Back pumps are there, but easily manageable w/ taurine. Libido is still high, as I tested it last night:smileysex5: I'll keep you guys updated.
 
btw sry didnt mean to hijack the thread. But yes i take 2x 1200mg fish oil 3 times a day and it def seems to work good. Just curious if anyone else took a certain supp with acne fighting benfits included. i think it might even have been cycle assist

bOz...I'm dying to know what sort of weight gains you have made so far. My buddy is on day 10 of 50mg and already up 4lbs-LEAN LBS. Please let us know...thanks man and as I said before, I am following closely as I start my H-Drol/Furuza-a in a month and a half...SIKED!!!

That might be water, considering you don't experience gains from H-Drol that quick, or that significant in that time.

Badass workout last night. Intensity in the gym was amazing, all the weights seemed to feel way lighter. I didn't try and set any PR's, but was keying in on form and feel. I had some awesome pumps last night, and vascularity was also there. I added some Purple Wrath to my workouts, I totally forgot how much that stuff rocks! It helped so much with endurance, I could have spent the whole night in the gym. Sides are still the same, very minimal. As far as weight, it seems to be slowing raising. I'm up about 1.5 lbs, and also seem to be toning up nicely. This is week three though, so I'm expecting some good results from here on out.

It seems like everytime I have legs planned, I get out of work late. I had to make this workout kind of quick, but I did put up some good numbers on Squats and Leg press. 75Mg is starting to kick in, the weights are starting to feel a little lighter. Also having the Purple Wrath during workouts seems to help with endurance and energy. Libido is still good, back pumps are minimal, joints are a little achey but not bad. Cycle seems to be going really well, I'm hoping to put up some good weight the next few weeks, but not get to ****y and injure myself. I'll keep you guys up to date.

:censored: awesome workout! I did the 245, and thought, well lets try for 265, maybe do one or two. I had to somewhat bounce the 4th rep, but wow the other three were clean. That felt amazing, really helped me stay positive about the rest of my workout. I could have done another set on the incline, but my shoulder was bothering me, so I called it quits. I'm really starting to tone out, vascularity is there, and strength is obviously on the rise. I'm going to work out legs again tomorrow, due to the wife wanting to get a session in together. I'll let you guys know how that goes, hopefully put some good numbers up again. Until then, stay tuned for the madness. I have 300 lb bench press in my sights:AR15firing:
 
good work ! keep it up .. only gets better!! just watch out for those back and calf pumps.. its annoying, but if you drop all stims (caffine, i.e. coffee, energy drinks) and pop the taurine you should be good to go. I had a hard time giving up my morning cups of coffee but once I did it was smooth sailing for me!

Thanks man, I'm really looking forward to the last few weeks of the cycle. As far as caffeine and stims, I've pretty much went cold turkey for the last 3 weeks. You really don't realize how hard it is w/o them, but I know it's best for the cycle, plus they'll really hit hard when I come back to them.

Sorry for not updating this portion. As of now, I'm up about 5 lbs, all of which is lean as far as I can tell. I'm def toning up, and losing some BF as far as I can tell while looking in the mirror.

dude, why not run a low dose serm and cut out the revers (i.e. nolva @ 20/20/20/10/10 just to be safe?

I have Nolva on hand and plan on using it for my PCT. I have Reversitol, but don't plan on using it. Nolva will be ran @ 20/20/10/10, Act Xtreme started in Week 1 and Reduce Xt in week 2 or 3.
 
Day 19

Legs

I worked out legs again Saturday w/ the wife. Just did some med weight, not trying to kill myself. Weights felt light, and my legs are slowly starting to grow. I didn't log anything that day, due to the fact it was supposed to be off.
 
Day 20

Nothing new to report, sides are minimal. I'm really starting to get some good vascularity, tone up, and strenght gains.
 
Day 21

Back/Tris

I did not log this workout, but I do remember quite a bit. I did reach 205x6 on the BB row, which is a PR. I did DB Row 125's x 6. Overhead Skull Crushers 110 x 8. My back was pretty sore from two days of legs, so deadlifts were out of the questions. I did medium weight besides the two row excercises, which felt great. I plan on hitting shoulders hard after a day off to rest my back. Sides are minimal, a bit of acne and some back pumps. I've been taking 3-4 g of taurine before workouts, and that's been helping alot. I'll keep you guys up to date.

As far as my friends diet - it's just straight clean - egg whites, grilled chicken, salmon, vegetables and 100% Whey protein shakes...roughly 300-350 grams of protein a day and like 150 grams of carbs - same diet as he has off the H-Drol as well.

Solid workout tonight, really pushed myself. My biceps were huge tonight, pumps and vascularity were crazy. I'm really feeling the h-drol, even throughout the day. My strength is steadily rising, which is a crazy feeling to suddenly be able to bump up all my weights. I've got to be real careful to not injure myself, but it's just so damn hard to not press the limits. I'm going to workout back again, then take a day off due to extra duties. We'll see how deadlift goes, shooting for 395 soon. Until then guys.
 
How are you feeling with lethargy during this cycle? (I looked at your hours, seem pretty hardcore doing a split shift, let alone serving in a warzone as well) I know nightshift takes it outta me pretty bad.
