1st H-Drol Log

How are you feeling with lethargy during this cycle? (I looked at your hours, seem pretty hardcore doing a split shift, let alone serving in a warzone as well) I know nightshift takes it outta me pretty bad.

Lethargy is there, but nothing I can't handle. I just force myself to get to the gym, once I'm there, I'm ok. I have been taking Purple Wrath during workouts, and that helps quite a bit.

Well my routine got pretty out of wack this week, due to afterhour duties and such. I have to take another day off tonight due to extra duties. I wanted to hit a medium chest day, nothing super crazy. Weights felt really light, especially on the DB press. I have a bad left rotator cuff which seems to hinder me on BB Incline or Decline. None the less, I want to push heavy, but don't want to re-injure it. I'll be off tonight, and then get back at it the following night. Oh btw, I'm up another 1.5lbs:silly:
 
Just caught up b0z,....I too have a bad shoulder- past partial dislocation, exaggerated by BB incline bench...
Please use cation...I logged shoulder ache for 3 upper body days before pulling a trap/lower neck muscle....if I could go back, I would have rested it more on the first signs of discomfort instead of ignoring the obvious....now I've had to cut cycle early mid week 4 and regret "manning it up"...
I've since read several reports that pain sensation is decreased on cycle...so your normal feedback isn't real accurate....I'll attest to that....

Happy side....no loss in measurements even after 8 days of rest....still up 5lb.s, running just Tongkat Ali 1:50/800mg a day and 2 caps Novedext XT...still rock hard under flex, though some loss of vascularity...
 
Awesome man...yeah I have been debating adding Dermacrine in my upcoming H-Drol/Furuza-a 6 weeker....looks like now, I definitely will. Especially considering my joints crack all the time right now even while I'm not taking anything..Believe I will start it the third week..been contemplating the following:

Day off

Sides seem to be minimal as of yet. Back pumps are there for sure, and taurine does seem to be helping them for the most part. I have a bad back already, so the back bumps are the only negative at the moment. Libido is still high, which I was really worried about before starting the cycle. If anything, it has gone up. Acne is minimal, a few here and there. Strength is obviously on the rise, which is a f'n awesome feeling. I just need to start pushing myself to the brink, which will be happening as of now.

Holy :censored:, i thought that I would just do 265 x 4, and that would be good. I got done with that, and it was light as hell. Up 10 lbs, and did 275 x 2 pretty smooth. I amost ended it there, but said F it, and went up another 10 lbs. 285 x 2 wasn't too bad, the second rep wasn't perfect, but the spotter didn't even touch it. Man that felt great to rep that much, only 15lbs away from my goal.

Good man, I weighed myself Saturday, and was up about 3lbs, all of which seems to be lean. I'll be weighing myself again saturday morning, hopefully gain another lb or two. I will say that I am toning up nicely:silly:
 
Are you eating to gain or recomp boz?

I guess I never really thought about it, but I'm going more toward a recomp. I want to gain lbm, and lose some body fat. I'm intaking more than enough calories, carbs and proteins, but mostly clean though. Seems to be doing the job. I'll be sure to post pics after the cycle. Check out the before, lemme know what you think.
 
good log. i'm starting my PP turinabol this week or monday. i'd recommend not doing barbell bench if your rotator cuff is hurt. or if you must, make sure its after a good warmup. don't do decline. for db incline, bench at 15 or 30 degrees. i use the smith for incline bench.

if i do flat barbell bench, i always do incline db or hammer strength wide grip chest first. helps eliviate pain in the shoulders.
