1st cycle

I took a friends advice and bought mdrol and novadex which i hear are not what i should be taking for my first cycle . I have read up on what pct is and that i should prolly take some cycle support and a test booster while taking what i choose to run but i have no idea what i should run any suggestions ? So basically pointing myself in the right direction would be great !
 
I am 23 year old 160 pretty good shape been lifting on and off for 2 years but wanting to get on the grind with it. I researched work outs and such and a good amount on what i have to eat. I kinda need help with what i should take and with what to get the best results. I know everyone is different and it might not work
 
Well you made the right descion to come ask for help. As mentioned above your age is dependent i can say right off the bat if your under 21 i would not reccomend doing any cycle. M-drol is rather harsh and not nessacarily a newbie cycle something like h-drol would better suit you if you have proper diet and training down. As far as PCT and During the cycle if you choose to run anything i would reccomend Cycle Assit of course your basic vitamins, and other essentials. For PCT this is really essential i would reccomend Nolvadex, And possibly Novedex XT, and something like DTPC, Now im not an expert on ph's so may not be best advice. But id really reccomend holding of if your under 21.

EDIT: I was writing this as you responded and said your 23 lol soz.

But id really really reccomend starting with an h-drol cycle storing the M-Drol for about 4-6 months after the H-Drol cycle. You will get good gains on the H-Drol and it has less sides and less shutdown which is good to get into the PH world. Now some people will also reccomend to juste at right and train hard for now and wait a while to get natural results before going into PH's but im just giving you the right info for whatever you decide.
 
first of all, you should have lifted solidly for at least a year with the right diet in place to even think about a PH, especially Mdrol. Mdrol is a methyl which means its very toxic on your liver and shut you down hard. Novadex XT is crap. Proper PCT is Nolva (not Nova) with a strong Test booster like DTP along with blood work before and after cycle and cycle assist to protect your organs/blood pressure control. take cycle assist on cycle and on PCT. I would also run a light Test booster along with DTP and Nolva like Sustain Alpha or Drive by App Nut. Including Prime is not a bad option so you dont lose your gains, but make even more gains. but the blood work, IMO, is the most important thing other than proper PCT.
 
i would say 3 years of lifting before u experiment.

if its your first cycle and u want to use mdrol, i would pulse it. theres no way to sum up everything you need to know in a few paragraphs. it takes months of research to understand how the compounds work and what you need to do in order to cycle safely. you might feel confident but i can tell from the way you ask, you are not ready.
 
we arent trying to be di(ks bro, we are just trying to keep you safe. you can get big without juice bro. trust me. but if you had to take one as a first cycle, it would be H drol, cause it is not as harsh as M drol. just have proper PCT and you will be fine. and the reason you need your diet in place and research on this whole cycle is when you get off of it, if you dont have a great training routine that works for you or a bulking diet or at least a good diet for you, you will lose alot of your gains. thats why i suggest taking Prime during PCT so you dont lose strength gains.
 
dude stfu. does it really matter where it goes? i hate ppl on here when you ask what supplement works better and they are all like, "what is your diet like, how is your training" blah blah blah...he is new on here and to him, mdrol may be only a "supplement"

**** it take 3 a day m drol im 15 and im on my 3rd cycle of it and im the biggest freshman at my school take creatine for ur pct thats what i do dont take any liver stuff cause it messes up ur liver bad
 
LMFAO............. Are you serious only 55mg of tren? I found that creatine made my muscles shrink and 180mg of TREN made me gain 22 pounds of muscle and only 1.3 lbs of fat in 4 days............

Not trying to be a **** but if you are asking a GNC question you have a lot to learn before starting any cycle! Have you read anything anyone has said so far? Also if you are saying you have researched workouts it sounds like you have not gained your natural potentials yet! No supplement will make muscle unless you workout on a serious schedule. Another thing is if you think working out 7 days a week builds muscle you need to learn how muscles grow before being a dumbass. Some people on here may be able to workout 7 days a week and be fine but most require sleep / rest for muscles to grow. Start with creatine and protein before diving into harsher stuff. If you must try something go with the 'Asteroid Stack' from USPlabs, 'Trifecta Stack' from LG Science, or something to that nature. Read up on some logs for some awesome results with less harsh supplements. Also on the other hand how much are you looking to spend? That answer can make a huge difference on which way to go for gains. You would be surprised how just a clean protein diet can give you muscle gains. You will learn on this site if you are stupid and do not take advice you will receive NO help. On the other hand if you give a detailed write up on your stats (height, weight, body type, diet, your workout schedules, your timing schedules on a daily basis) you will get better to help to gain some mass. And will also get the proper help to prevent any sides or very little (depending on the rec. way to go for gains.) Also forgot to mention if you are asking for cycle support supplements you do not have a clue on what you are going to take as you need PCT products also, you need to have EVERYTHING on hand before starting the cycle (in my opinion.)

A log book!! keep up with every little thing you eat and every lift you do and how much weight you lift. That is the best supplement...
