1st Cycle, P-Mag!

Hey, i plan on starting my first cycle in a while.

I'm mainly unsure about how to set up my pct, I've been reading and reading and i think.. either running it.

Nolva 20/20/10/10 with Revolution Pct Black
Or
Nolva the same but with Pes Erase(also very confused on when to start) and a DAA at recommended dosage.

Also would running pmag 50/75/75/75/75 with cycle assist be fine for a first cycle?

I'm only asking because I've read that both are fine for pct, but i would like to be as safe as possible. Then again where i live all this is a bit costly and if i can save money I'd like to.

If anyone could help me here I'd much appreciate!
 
Thats a awesome first cycle to bulk up, as for pct Nolva 20/20/10/10 is fine by itself since p-mag is very mild, but original erase would be cheaper and you could find DAA powder fairly cheap... So to be safe the erase would be 0/0/3/3/3/2/1 and DAA 3 grams everyday 4 weeks. I would shoot for 3500 clean calories to bulk up with.
 
Yeh i was leaning towards the erase and daa, so starting the daa 1st day of Nolva is fine or start with erase? The 3500 calories sounds good the only issue i have is my job is pretty taxing on my body and i just cant calculate how much I'd be burning at work since everyday is never exactly the same eg. amount of time, amount of effort. On top of working out that day also its always been a big issue of mine but if you have any advice I'd really like to make the most out of the cycle so anything you know I'd really like to hear. =]
 
Start the DAA with the nolva, as for food I dont know about your job but If they have a company fridge just bring a huge lunch, i usually BBQ 8 boneless chicken breast on Sunday and prepare my meals ahead of time for each workday, usually add green beans or salad with it and sometimes a spoon of olive oil just to get some health fats, if you like cottage cheese thats a must before bed to get slow digesting protein, or you could try casien powder, its texture is thick even in water but works good for pre-bed too. Bagels are a easy source of carbs and easy to carry to work, two full bagels gets you around 100 grams of carbs with not too much sugar, mash potatoes are good to for postworkout meal, and of course you could bring like 3 protein shakes to work, breakfast, n lunch n mid-day 30-50 grams each shake, isolate/whey for those... Just look up nutrition on here but i would try and get 200/300 protein 350/400 carbs and the rest healthy fats, if your worried about getting fat you can cut later a month after pct, just mostly focus on nutrition and working out hard prohormoens are diet dependent, also take fish oil of health fats with prohomone dose to increase absorption, and take cycle support about four hours apart from p-mag dose. Good luck and hope this gives you a general idea of what to do, you can change according to how your body responds too.
 
My cycle is identical to yours. My pct is all those liste above; nolva, daa and erase.(dosed as above suggested) Ive added creatine for pct and I have taurine on hand in case I suffer back pumps.

It's good to confirm that we both have come up with the same research. I'm 175 pounds, and taking in roughly 3800 clean calories.

Everything looks identical to my cycle, good luck!

Ps I'm only 3 days in, subbing for progress reports

Run Cycle Assist start a week before your cycle.

Also, I would run p mag for 6 weeks. 75mg throughout the whole cycle.

The only issue I ran into when deciding whether to go straight 75's or start one week on 50, is that if you go straight 75 all the way through, you'll need a third bottle, which you will only use 6 pills from the third bottle. That's why I decided to go with 50 then 75 for 5 weeks(119 pills). If you're not too anal about it, you could just finish the cycle 2 days early when you run out of pills I guess. 6 of one, half a dozen of the other I guess.

I don't plan on starting for a while, been trying to put on as much size and strength before I change routine 1 week before cycle. I've read heavy weight low rep in pct is good for maintaining so I'm switching things up. How's everything going for you so far though?
