1st Cycle DMZ run

Damn. And I didn't think it was gonna landfall in us.
 
That sucks. Hope everyone stays safe if they stayed in state. I have a friend who lives on charleston, sc and he went to D.C. To visit family
 
Well looks like I got a second workout. Had to help dad prep for hurricane and move 30 giant planters that were heavy. Brutal total body workout. Legs and abs in the morning before gym closes for hurricane
 
Dmz is awesome. 4 weeks in on it now as well loving it. Just make sure to eat LOTS of carbs to take advantage of the extreme glycogen uptake brotha ?

Don't be afraid to try upping the dose as well. I find 45mg is the sweet spot
Right on just ordered two more bottles so I'll stick with 30 mg this cycle then after my Andro cycle when I come back to dmz I'll run 45mg. But I will be taking plenty of time off between cycles to level out after pct
 
Day 13

Sorry guys been hectic past few days with hurricane/ work

weight 212 ( morning weight) haven't gained much from first week but am getting leaner

Great Leg/ ab workout this morning aggression, sweat, and focus is very good am excited to see what rest of cycle brings hope another 5-10 lbs and ill be very happy!

Meal prep tonight and off day tomorrow
 
Day 14

Was going to be off day but heading to Halloween Horror Nights on Thursday so that will be my off day

weight 213 ( Morning weight) This is surprising my weight typically fluctuates from day to day I am seeing a steady increase in weight. Which I am loving!!


3 x 10-12 Standing military press w/ easy bar
3 x 10-12 Front lateral raise then immediatle drop weight in half and burn out
3 x 10-12 side lateral raise then immediatle drop weight in half and burn out
4 x 12-15 rear Delt
4 x 12/10/8/6 iso lateral press hammer strength
4 x 10-12 upward row
3 x 10 Arnold press

Slept like a baby last night because i took an Ambien (Had a long day yesterday and needed sleep) Feeling like an animal today very alpha male feeling at office today hahaha
 
Day 15 Feeling full as hell today pump stays with me all day loving the cycle

Great workout sweating so much its crazy! got a compliment on gains already felt like they knew i was taking something lol

So after the gym my elbow joints have been killing me. Never had any pain here before. Ordered some androcrine heard it helps. Also stopped by vitamin shop and got a glucosamine supplement my lucky day they had this crazy one half off!Invalid Link Removed

Try increasing fish oil dosage as well, this actually helped my joints more than joint support when I was on epistane
 
Day 17

Chest/ Bicep day

Elbow joints still pretty painful went low weight high reps and babied my elbow. Got great pumps and feel great, bought a copper compression sleeve for my right arm (elbow that hurts the worst). Androcrine comes in today and can't wait heard this stuff helps joints out amazing!!!

Glad the ambien works for you. I tried it but didn't really help,dr. Got me on lunestra now and that has helped a ton

Haha ambien does wonders for me take it 2 -3 times a week to help catch up on sleep when I'm wore out. Never tried lunesta maybe next time at doctor I'll mention it
 
Day 19

Had a decent leg workout yesterday, then had to play in a work golf tournament joints still a little sore. Today joints are much better Androcrine working well @ 5 pumps a day! Cant believe the difference gonna have to stock up on this to have on hand for when joints ever have issues. Great shoulder day
today feeling great relaxing, meal prep, and watching football for the rest of my night. Back at it going ham at 6:00 am gym session before work!

About halfway done with my cycle if i can gain another 5-7 lbs I will be very happy. Taurine keeping back pumps in check, androcrine/ glucosamine combo keeping joints in check! Great chest workout this morning found my self to have trouble sleeping last night due to the fact i was looking forward to the gym so much in the morning. Guess thats not a bad thing!!!

It's good but insurance won't cover it. At least mine, and u know that slight groggy feeling u get from ambien. We'll multiply that by 2-3x. But I don't wake up during the night much at all in it, which is my major issue

Yes i wake up all the time but ambien keeps it at a minimum. Sometimes when i do not feel like taking an ambien i do a scoop of Arnolds iron dream and that works well too!

Notice any joint paint as of yet?

Yes started last Wed/ Thursday then bought a Glucosamine supplement and adrocrine by BPS and fixed me all up. DMZ is a dry compound and being my first cycle joint pain is common. Thanks to FireTitan, Alpha1agreda, and the other bps reps helping me with recommending Androcrine, will be keeping this stuff on hand for all future cycles.

Dialing diet back in to finish cycle, meal prep tonight. Joints are 1000% better credit to Androcirine from bps, digging the trans-dermal. Aggression is in full effect, have to catch my self DMZ has me like a rattlesnake, but not too bad. Feeling great got about 1 week 1/2 left before PCT time to finish strong. Up 10 lbs of lean mass from start my goal was 20 lbs but hopefully will finish around 15 lbs

Nice update. How have the gains been so far? Feel like mostly lean muscle, or some fat too?

Pretty much all lean muscle, hardness, vascularity, strength all up!! Sad its coming to an end but after pct and 10 weeks off I hve a nice cycle planned to get up to my 225-230 target weight
 
I didn't really gain much on DMZ. Nothing noticeable anyways. Strength or size. I haven' t really paid attention since the PH ban though. Starting to look into stuff again. Apparently they figured out a way to sell this stuff again?

I have had some noticeable gains for a single compound run would definitely run it along side a test base next time. Yeah DMZ is one of the ones to make it through ban
 
Day 38 Officially stopped cycle

Day 1 of pct is today, I got a work trip this weekend and cut off cycle just after 5 weeks

Final weight 217 Gain of 10 lbs (lean)

Got a work trip this weekend so decided to cut off last week was very happy for cycle staring my pct today and then off time to plan next cycle will try to get some after cycle progress pics up this weekend
 
Also started mesomorph today thought I had tolerance to beta alanine but dayyum.... had me feeling great!
