Hey guys about to run my first cycle ( very excited) goin to run DMZ 30 mg a day 4-6 week run with 4 week PCT

Stats: 6'4" / 205 lbs / 12% BF

Been lifting for 4 years consistently

Going to be training 7 Days a week with 4 day split and just repeat.

Diet with be a typical clean bulk with a bump up in protein intake

Week 1- 4( or 1-6) 30mg DMZ / 1130 mg Hawthorn berry/ Fish oil twice a day/ Lecheek Nutrition Cycle Armor

PCT 4 weeks Will be Nolvadex 20/20/20/10 with Rebound PCT by ATS Labs

Have done lots of research and planning for this run please throw in any advice on cycle

I do have taurine on hand for back pumps and extra nolvadex if needed

Still a little over 2 weeks out started hawthorn berry a month before, will get some pics before I begin cycle

In! Nice to see a person running a first cycle that is properly planned as far as PCT and cycle support go. I for sure didnt my first time. But you live and learn. Good luck bro

Thanks! Definitely did my research, let me know if there is anything else i need to add, I am still two 1/2 weeks out.

Hey guys got back from Mexico Sunday. Have been sick with a bad cold since should be kicking this off tomorrow or Thursday. Can't wait but feel I shouldn't start cycle with a bad cold.

Good news boys woke up feeling great! Took my first dose and hit the gym! Sweated my ass off due to 6 days off working out for work trip then catching a cold felt great to be back in my element.

Weight: 207

Shoulder Day

10 min stretch warm-up

3 x 10-12 Standing military press w/ easy bar
3 x 10-12 Front lateral raise w/ 45 lb plate
3 x 10-12 side lateral raise
4 x 12-15 rear Delt
4 x 12/10/8/6 iso lateral press hammer strength
4 x 10-12 upward row
2 x 10 Arnold press

7 min incline treadmill walk (cooldown)

Day 2 feeling great good workout might have been all mental but felt some good pumps

Back/ Triceps

3 x 10 increasing weight one arm DB rows
3 x 10-12 seated dip hammer strength
3 x 10-12 lat pull down increasing weight each set
3 x 12-15 overhead triceps extension increasing weight
3 x 10-12 seated row
3 x 12-15 triceps rope pulldowns
3 x 15 Face pulls (my favorite)
3 x 10 isolated single arm cable pulldowns
2 x 15 DB shrugs
4 x 10 standing hammer strength shrugs

again sweating more than usual only day 2 cant wait for DMZ to start kicking in

Day 3 Pump is getting stronger

Chest Bicep day

FreeMotion Dual Cable Cross
start at the top light weight keep shifting down angle after 10 reps light weight warm up

3 x 10 DB curls
3 x 10/8/6 Incline hammer strength press
3 x 10-12 DB hammer curls
3 x 10/8/6 Decline Hammer Strength press
3 x 15 DB isolation curls
3 x 10 wide grip hammer strength press
3 x 12 reverse grip easy bar curls
3 x 15 machine flys

Feeling great pump is starting to come still waiting for the aggression and DMZ to really start shinning. Overall enjoying first cycle feeling great no issues with BP

Hope so can't wait, heading down to Miami to see family. So off day from gym tomorrow but will be back to put in work Sunday for leg and abs!

Ran DMZ for 6 weeks as a 1st Cycle, noticed pump and aggression after the first 5 days. Put on crazy size, and crazy strength after the 4th week. Lol. Loved it.

DMZ has officially kicked in aggression is here, almost ate the subway employees hand off cause he was taking his damn time making my sub. Haha but leg day today crushed it pump was amazing and added weight to my my major lifts!

4 x 10/8/6/6 squat
4 x 8/8/6/6 leg press
4 x 10-12 leg extensions
4 x 10-12 hamstring curls
4 x 15 seated calf raises
4 x 10 stranding calf raise
Abs
15 min stationary bike cool down.

Really have never had such a great leg workout probably going to pay for it in 2 days! But really excited how DMZ is working. also up 3 lbs in weight up to 210!!!

Overall beast workout alpha feeling here for sure, once I warm up i feel like an animal lifting almost a euphoric feeling. Pumps are getting crazy on thoose last reps. Probably ordering another batch of dmz to run sometime down the road loving it!!!

Was bulking for a while before this cycle








Feeling good will continue to keep calories up for the dmz cycle then probably do a cut after pct also never realized how hard it is to take a back picture by yourself!

Day 8

weight 211.5 (morning weight) Most I have ever weighed was at a plateau before drifting between 203-208

Chest and Bicep Day, Crushed my workout this morning felt amazing! Honestly this stuff makes me feel great all day and sleep like a baby. Pump stays with you all day and appetite is up seems I am always hungry. Leg day tomorrow and still sore from leg day on Sunday so we will see how it goes. Looks like we are in a hurricane watch here in Florida so Friday will be no gym and hope we don't get smacked to hard ( damn hurricane killing my gains lol) . Hopefully we are fine here and back to the gym on Sat preying we don't loose power too long or ill be doing body weight exercises to get by until gym opens up again. Have like 5 gallons on water 2 cases of water and 20 cans on tuna 10 cans of chicken and 3 loaves of bread and plenty of peanut butter so if we do loose power I will be able to keep calories up and high protein!!!

My friends been on DMZ for 3 weeks is 1rm on bench went from 245 to 285 so far and hes up 10 pounds while visibly leaner, and it's a brand everyone was worried was bunk.

I have a bottle of one of the best brands of DMZ but wanted to run winstrol so didnt want to run winstrol and DMZ so now im on Winstrol and MethylClostebol, gains are sick.. 1rm on bench sitting at 340 from 315 and squat from 445 to 485 and deadlift hit 525 all in 3 weeks, im up 11 pounds down 1% body fat. It's amazing. MClostebol is awesome IMO and very mild in terms of toxicity.

Best of luck brother!! Thanks man first cycle so should be fun ride and have well planned PCT ready for after. Now just hoping this hurricane doesn't make the gym close for a while.

This is good to hear bro, since I am starting my DMZ cycle at the end of this month, using that same brand we talked about. Please let me know about your friend's progress.
