1st Cycle Advice - Test, Tren & EQ

Not new to lifting, but new to this site and new(ish) to bodybuilding. Been building for almost 2 years. I'm in my early 30s and working against time at this point. Looking to go to the next level.

Looking for any and all info/advice from experienced members on the following stack I'm looking at starting.

1 gram of Test/week
300-400mg Tren Acetate/week
900 mg EQ/week

Mainly looking for info regarding this stack i.e. is it complete, should I add or remove anything from it. How long would you stay on it. What results would you expect if you're 5'10 180, strong and about 10% BF? Any help is appreciated.

Pretty heavy first cycle...

With tren I'd definitely keep test at 200mg/week.

I'd also pick either tren or EQ. I think EQ would be better option for first timer. But if you've made up your mind and want to use all of those compounds, this is how I'd do it:

- Tren A 400mg/week weeks 1-8
- Test at 200mg/week weeks 1-8, 500mg/week weeks 9-17
- EQ at 900mg/week weeks 1-16
- Aromasin as on-cycle AI. I think 12.5mg ED would be a good starting point
- HCG if you want. I like it at 250mg E3D for the last 2 months of the cycle
- Clomid for PCT, 50/50/50/25/25/25 is how I'd do it
- OTC AI/test booster like SUP3R PCT, run it at the same time with Clomid (start both 2 weeks after last injection of test E or C). 4/4/3/3/2/1 is how I recommend to dose SUP3R PCT

It should give you damn good results.
 
First cycle I would run Test only, 400-600mgs weekly. Each cycle after that add one extra compound to assess tolerance. Not everyone gets the same side affects. I'm 50lbs heavier and have been using for over 10 yrs and still make great gains on 300mgs Test weekly.
 
I would agree^^^^ test only for a first cycle is the best idea... that is a major dose of androgens as well...If you do decide to run the tren/test, I would bring your doses down... You will have great results...

What is your diet like bro??? I think you can still grow naturally...

My diet is pretty clean. I say pretty clean because it's not in line with a professional, but it's a good diet for someone who strives to look like one but isn't.

On my cut, my daily kcal intake is around 2000-2200 depending on whether I did any HIT that day. (I box for cardio 3-4 times a week) I'm not the kind of person who easily cuts without cardio...at least not down to where I want to be.

Macros are: 230g Protein 100-150g Carbs & 60g Fats

I don't drink.....anymore.

I throw in a cheat meal once a weekend. I usually eat the usual for protein: Fish, Chicken, Tuna, Eggs, Whey Isolate, Casein at night. Fats are kalmatta olives, avocado, almonds, and my cabinets are full complex carbs (brown rice, sweet potatoes etc) and I eat steamed broccoli cauliflower, etc.

I'm also on 6-8g of creatine/day
 
Bro, listen to the other guys. Try the test only cycle for your first cycle. See how you react to one product before you fill yourself up with multiple things. 400/500mg test wk. for 10-12 weeks. Also, I heard from many different people, tren is harsh. The sides could be bad. If you go with tren. Stay under 200mg a week for your first cycle of it
 
What made you chose tren for your first cycle? Jesus what's with people jumping straight to a compound like tren? Here's what you can expect from tren, incredible gains, you'll recomp your body like you can't imagine, you'll become cold as ****, emotions? What are those? If you are in a relationship say goodbye. Aggravation at a all time high and tolerance at a all time low. Paranoia? You bet. Coughing your internal organs up after an injection? Of course that's part of it. Night sweats, cardio taking a dive. Hey at least you'll look good and have your strength up. Totally worth it. Some people can tolerate these sides better and some may not even pop their ugly heads up. Just please take this into consideration. As a first cycle your going to get huge anyways really, if diet and training is on. Stick with the test only and save tren for when your heading to the Arnold or Olympia.

Agreed. The only reason I don't take tren is cuz I don't wanna ruin relationships. I can take the sides of most compounds....but I don't feel like being more of a dick than I already am ;)

Add 5htp and it becomes manageable.

A bodybuilder recommended it to get huge fast. I'm currently 175-180 at 5'10, so I assume he thinks I'm looking to get well up over 200 and be ripped. I actually want to be 180-190 and ripped. Currently I'm around 12% BF...but at the rate I'm going, I'd be smaller than I want to be to get the shredded look I'm going for. I repeat, I'm 33 years old. Not ancient, but definitely not in the same boat as someone in their early 20s. So, the good old fashioned way isn't producing the same results as it may for some of the younger guys. I train hard.
 
I don't know any real responsible bodybuilder who would still suggest this, he sounds like a juice head. An irresponsible juice head at that. Look at your replies everyone here suggests only test and if you want to add something more id say dbol. These are pretty safe they have tons of human studies on both.

I'm on HRT but the longest cycle I have done is about 12 weeks. I like 6-8 weeks typically usually run higher test and a little deca. The biggest change for me was learning to eat for size, I've always been a big eater but my diet was full of crap. I've tried a bunch of different cycle styles but found longer, low dosed cycles to be more effective for me.

Nice! I was curious on your recovery if you cycled that much...obviously not an issue... ive been cycling for 5 years now and longest I ran was 17 without hcg and recovery was decent... bloods every time post cycle put me at 350-450 test levels... currently I just finished 10 weeks test tren and am now just on test, im using hcg throughout and am stretching this to 20 total weeks as an experiment to how long the recovery takes with additional of hcg throughout. If i dont recover, TRT it is or a restart then TRT...
 
Maybe if you tripled the doses and your calorie intake from what it already is, it may be possible to reach you Goal... If you are 12% at 175ish, that means you would have to be high 150s to be ripped an shredded (4-6%)... Realistically, putting on 30lbs of solid muscle mass, without the use of slin and hgh is a pipe dream bro... just saying, Tren is an amazing compound, but not a miracle worker... In my opinion, you have to much bf to make use of the tren... You should stick to the basics, and lose some weight to better condition your body for a cycle... so you can reap every benefit if you do decide to use tren... You can't see what the compound truly does if you have to much fat to cover the muscle, or not enough muscle to begin with...
