IGF-1 is best used for 4 weeks followed by at least 4 weeks off. Im not familiar with MGF. You've got the right idea for the Superdrol though, no longer than 3 weeks. And these guys that make gains of 15-20 lbs in 3 weeks, let me tell you, I've been around this game a while and its mostly water, glycogen, and fat (sicne most users are younger guys looking to bulk up at all costs and eat garbage). Yes you will gain muscle and some strength, but dont get all depressed when most of the WEIGHT goes by the waistside during post cycle therapy. Theres a reason that the top pro's only put on 5 lbs a year. True muscle tissue is very difficult to put on despite all th pharmaceuticals available. The hardest part is maintaining it with a sound diet. Hell, if you wanna just add weight, I could give you a stack that would add 30-40 lbs in 2 months. You'll look like ****, but you'll be heavier...What I'm trying to say is that it means nothing what you weigh (unless you're competing in a weight class for a certain sport), but rather, what you see in the mirror. At the end of the day, a 180 lb lean bodybuilder looks a hell of a lot better than a 320 lb powerlifter than can bench 600 lbs. You just need to be honest with yourself, set REALISTIC goals, and get to work. Good luck!!
