Two hours is WAY TO LONG in the gym... you CNS is taxed after 2 hours every day in the gym. Take 2 weeks off.
Look at some other diets around here, you can start with my fitday log. You are probably not taking in any where near enough calories. Search for BMR calculator using the google search and figure out how much you should be eating and then write down everything that goes in your body excluding water while at school, even better since it is summer and you are out then log into fitday.com
Do some reading around here and learn!
You do not need any supps at your age, maybe protein after you workout but no need for over priced muscle tech garbage.
