That's crazy. I've been dieting like crazy and working out 5 days a week with all kinds of supps. I got nothing on you. What supps did you use?

protein and oats. lol
good gains man.
Apparently so. Diet and training are what makes the "supps" work but the "supps" are what makes the results happen so rapidly.Am I the only one who's more interested in what the guy's diet and training looked like?
Agreed. "Supps"+poor diet and/or poor routine=funny lookingINMHO..."supps" are really just the icing on the cake if in fact they were in the equation.
I would be way more interested in knowing his diet and routine(mainly b/c i dont use "supps" as a personal choice) he used. And just to give him some extra credit...i know a few guys in the gym that are into heavy supps...and would love to look like his before picture! (A little exaggerated but u get the point)
So i tip my hat to you good sir! I can learn a thing or two from you when it comes to shedding some serious fat seriously fast!
And yeah it if very apparent your muscle memory had a big influence on ur rapid development. It looks like u never got out of shape to begin with after u were done!
WOW! Just search for other posts from justreading to see what the last few months have been like.
First of all I will say great job! You look awesome! Make sure you get some rest and heal yourself up.
GoHardorGoHome is on the right track here! "Supps" are great and can work wonders but they are only part of the process. Without the other components it is like a fat person taking fat burners and not working out or changing their diet. No results!
The bottom line, is that if you really want to know more about what cycles to take there are plenty of places to look. I will say that if you have not done it before then you really need to make sure that you have maxed out your natural potential first. Honestly, a good diet with the right amount of calories and a good workout plan/ethic can take you much further than you think. If you are already there and ready for your first round of real "Supps" then remember this one fact. Keep it simple! It has been highly recommended that a first timer take some form of test and that is it! Along with a good pct mind you. Other than that, I will say no more. Do your research before you do anything! And remember it is also illegal! You are on your own!
Now back to the main idea of this thread. Muscle memory def helped. Way to go man. I am hoping mine comes back that quick!

daym nice results..
i almost fell my seat when you said you was out of shape n the BEFORE pix hehehe
I am still far from being close on you nefore pix but eyeing the same result
hats off to you
you said, "cardio is overrated if diet is in check". do you support this 100%? just curious
get your diet and training down to a T....then become "ENHANCED" and you can.
ok, my diet is really on point right now and cardio is of course, a pain in the @ss, but good job on the arm WO man!
Even diet and training right you need some muscle memory to do what i did in 14-16 weeks.
as I grow and get older, im realizing this every dayI always try new diets man - macros and cal combos. It takes a while to learn.

well its not for everyone, and you can make great gains naturally, as in creatine, protein supplements and food.
Anavar...Yeah thats true...though I am gonna concentrate on diet and training, though the bulging belly and chest fat is my problem...
after reading for a couple of hours looks like im leaning towards Anavar to help burn the fat with minimal side effects
