so ive decided not to cut until i reach 200lbs, 200lb total weight not pure muscle mass. assuming i run a lean diet with a standard calorie surplus and continue with hardcore training whats a realistic time frame to achieve this? i understand fat gain will be a hit or a miss but lets assume i stay within 15-16% bf, im guessing 1-2lbs a week for roughly 8-15 weeks?
