550 Pull for a 1430!
And first place!
You're a machine herder, well done.
Vids?
Grats, tough guy!And first place!
So what trophy are you going to pick out? I chose the Grim Reaper and some guy benching boulders lol
I got a dude sitting facing a barbell on a bench that's laid atop a mountain of skulls. He's fückin sweet!
RPS has the most obnoxious trophies. I love it!
Now go drink beer.
Big day! 1500 next time?!
Herderdudeman...you are getting ridiculously strong...and it's ****ing awesome! Congrats on the win!
Nice pull man. The bar must be good holy hella bend. I'm jealous. You got a ton in you for 2014 Bro. Keep doing what you've been doing.
Lamonster's 475 squat: Invalid Link Removed
That squat wasn't nearly as good morningy as you let on.
Congrats brah, we totalled within 10lbs of each other, race to 1500?
Squat squared me for a 2nd, didn't think you'd make it; also looks like you covered a lot more real estate than necessary with the wraps, is that what you prefer?
Bench looked easy.
Oh YEAH. Watched a guy (a BIG BOY) pull his 675 opener in a spud belt that blew out at his knees. So he switched to a lever belt for 725. Missed it at lockout. Apparently the lever belt was not his jam. So he walked up to the platform for the second-to-last pull of the meet and pulled 725 without a belt.
Keep calm
And pull
725
With no belt
They let him use a spud in RPS?
RPS follows the same philosophy as the Hodge Twins. Do whatever the FÜCK you wanna do!

Hmm.
No wrap limits either?
3m for raw modern and for amateur equipped. Amateur multi-ply is 3m wraps and double ply briefs + double ply suit limit. Pro equipped is non drug tested, unlimited equipment (3-ply, 3.5m wraps).

Oh yeah, Dave Tate was at the meet for a couple hours toward the end of the day. That was super cool.
Good lifting man, what shoes are you wearing?
Thanks man! Pendlay Do-Wins. Love them for squatting and benching. Hate them for deadlifting. Obvs pull in Chucks. Might start pulling in the Do-Wins in training to make it harder.
