Basing percentages off of a 5lb PR leads to some scary ass stuff like 385x8-12x3 for next weeks' squats and a week 4 deadlift day that goes 455x2x3, 495x2x2, and 425x5x2. Those numbers don't look like much relative to my absolute max, but after you do it once, you know what to be afraid of.
I can believe that as it edges up your capacity to hit volume (20 reps +) up over 80%/85% of maxes.

I like the idea of alternating body days like that. I think when I jump back on the wagon, I'll vary Light OHP/heavy Tri, Heavy OHP/light Tri. And always heavy ass rows like yours on body day.

First thing, she tells me I'm going too deep. Here we go . . . She wanted me to keep my butt above my knees to hit quads and glutes. Lady, you got some nice glutes, but they ain't got shyt on mine.

Well this gym has a SSB and a GHR and conditioning equipment. So I need to go here every once in awhile to fill in the gaps. And I'd like to have eyes on me to give me feedback, set an atmosphere, and spot some ambitious sets.
