I work the second shift 3:30PM-12AM and train from 12:15AM-1:15AM. Any advice on setup times for feeding and fasting would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in avance for your time
I guess you would start at 10, have your pre work out meal and then a huge post meal and get your cals in depending on our goals, idk of u can eat at work of not a shake will have to do
