Exactly that. Wake up 3-4 hours later, then find it very difficult to get back to sleep. Using it as a one off is amazing, but even after 1 week of using I get the disruptive sleep. This is widely reported with regular melatonin use.When you say melatonin disrupts your sleep, what does it exactly do to you? Personally I’ve noticed that I’ll wake up after a few hours of taking it and feel like I’ve slept longer. I end up having trouble falling back asleep and not feeling very rested when I do get up.
I think Steve said he’s bringing out a sleep aid which doesn’t contain melatonin
