12 Week Run - PrimeXT/AnabolicXT/M-Test/7OXO

When you say melatonin disrupts your sleep, what does it exactly do to you? Personally I’ve noticed that I’ll wake up after a few hours of taking it and feel like I’ve slept longer. I end up having trouble falling back asleep and not feeling very rested when I do get up.
Exactly that. Wake up 3-4 hours later, then find it very difficult to get back to sleep. Using it as a one off is amazing, but even after 1 week of using I get the disruptive sleep. This is widely reported with regular melatonin use.
I think Steve said he’s bringing out a sleep aid which doesn’t contain melatonin

Yeah that’s the sucky part of taking melatonin. I usually get better results if I take magnesium and ashwaganda with the melatonin. I’ll be scooping up his new sleep aid when it comes out.

Chest & Tris Day 8

Workout Time : 54 mins
Cardio : 24mins

All pretty large increases today. Accidently loaded 60 instead of 55 on the fly and almost ripped my pec off. Luckily it feels fine now. Can't believe I'm still able to add 10kg to my incline bench when I'm so much lighter, mental

Back & Bi's Day 9:

Workout time : 65mins
Cardio : 21mins

Lots of lifetime PB's here which is super pleasing. Weight this morning was 79kg, so around 3 1/2 kgs below what I started at. I did end up eating a lot of carbs yesterday watching the football, so imagine I'm actually closer to 78kg

interesting to see your discussion on these things. historically I have had great sleep on ZMA or Melatonin, although what I find is that the morning wakeup is a little bit rougher. I seem to sleep incredibly deep on these things, like I'm drunk passed out.

If I take melatonin, magnesium and ashwaganda together, I’ll sleep like a baby. I don’t know why melatonin in its in makes me wake up in the middle of the night.

Some nice kg’s on incline. I just added them back in after a 20yr absence from my routine.

now that you mention it, my wife is sorta new to the ZMA world and her coach has her taking Zinc and Magnesium separately so they can alter doses as her sleep alters. her sleep hasn't been perfect yet since she started taking either one.

I haven’t added zinc but I may do that. Believe it or not if I don’t take zinc with food it upsets my stomach…like makes me nauseous. Vitamin C does that to me too. Most anything else I can take on an empty stomach.

Shoulder's and Tri's Day 10:

Workout time : 61mins
Cardio : 0mins

Lifetime PB's again on shoulders which is crazy as I spent the first half of the year nursing injuries. Can thank Joint SupportXT+CissusXT for fixing me.

Couldn't do cardio as there was a powercut & didnt want to wait around for the electricity to come back on.

Feeling very energetic & strong on this stack. Pumps are insane but makes me sad I look nothing like I look in the gym mirror, haha.

For some people, it can vary by the form on both Zinc and Vitamin C.

Most ZMA supplements will have Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate because that form of Zinc is regarded as better for sleep and also less likely to bother the stomach. Of course everyone is different and it may for some people, but its generally easier on the stomach than some other forms.

For people that regular Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) bothers their stomach, Buffered Vitamin C (Calcium ascorbate) is an option that usually won't.

As always I appreciate the info! I’ll be picking up your sleep aid when it comes out.

The plan is to release it toward the beginning of next week .

It's a very unique formula.

Legs & Bi's Day 11:

Been so so busy haven't been able to make the gym much this week, only 3 times, but managed to squeeze a little leg session in. Hoping next week I have more time to get back on the grind

Chest & Tris 12:

Workout time : 58mins
Cardio : 20mins

Great chest session to say the last week I've barely made it to the gym or eaten correctly. PB'd on everything in terms or weight or reps. Still finding it wild despite losing a lot of weight, I'm the strongest I've ever been.

Man the gym mirror gets me all the time, I get home and look at the mirror there and look nothing like I did at the gym, brings me down a bit 😂

Same here. It puts me back in line :ROFLMAO:

Sorry I haven’t updated this. Unfortunately I haven’t gotten on well with AnabolicXT, it’s given me the same sides I had when on follidrone. I’m discontinuing it for a 2 week period to make sure it’s the cultprit.
I’m not going to report on it, as this side is most likely isolated 99% to me, so don’t want to detract people away from it.
Endurance & vascularity was excellent while on it I must say
